I love companies that get customer service right and Seed revolution does just that! The right way to respond when order goes missing: send another one- no problem and no quibble.

From hundreds of seeds about 10 have germinated and they may well be weeds. Non viable seeds… avoid. Seemed like a good idea, but sadly not.

Ordered seeds in February, 4 weeks later they hadn't arrived and I asked for a refund which I promptly got. Max said that I could keep the seeds when they arrived as I'd received such poor service but they never arrived 😢 and communication stopped.

Not going to try grow them until September or next year in March but quick to get back to me about delays in shipping and threw in a few extra packets in for the delay it looks like so you can’t complain

Slow as frig. Ordered 28th March, was marked as shipped 7th of April, tracking displayed 'we're expecting your item' right through to the 11th of April when it appears it was actually in Royal mails hands, with an estimated delivery of the 13th, which is realistically going to end up 17th when im next home.

Hopefully the seeds produce flowers & grasses worth it, but I certainly won't order again. Zero communication about any reason for a delay, over two weeks to put some packs in a box and send them? Unacceptable.

Order arrived safely, packs choc full (plus some stray seeds in the jiffy bag not from any of my packets so curious to see what they grow to be) and touch wood begin to germinate soon.

I gave the additional free packs of seeds my order came with to a friend who is sowing them with their young son and I think this alone puts things right in my books.

An advent calendar for seeds is such a wonderful concept. The packaging is beautiful, and I’m eagerly anticipating the experience of planting my seeds.

A lovely choice of unusual wild flowers at a good price. Prompt posting and delivery. I also bought the advent calendar which is beautiful. My grandson loves it which is surprising as he's only 8! I will buy it again.
