Hi Ariki, thank you for your review! We’re thrilled that SEEK Pass has helped you stand out with your verified credentials.
Reluctant to provide personal information
asking for the most private information nowadays to be stored electronically is very disappointing and flirting with danger. There are no guaranties that my personal details will not be hacked and used criminally.
Not providing them is the safest option.
SEEK should review its policy on this.

Hi Tom, we appreciate your concerns about sharing your information with us.
Ensuring your information is secure and protected is one of our top priorities. The SEEK Pass platform is separate to SEEK, and has been purpose-built for secure credential verification and sharing. We work closely with SEEK's data security team, using their significant expertise and resources to enhance SEEK Pass security. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our site and to protect your information from misuse, interference and loss as well as unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
For more information on how we ensure your information is protected, visit our dedicated security page https://seekpass.co/au/security.
Our intent in enabling you to verify and share your work-related credentials is to help you stand out to potential employers when applying for jobs on SEEK. That being said, verifying is a totally optional process. We leave the decision of whether to verify and share your result with you, and you remain in control over the whole process.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team at support@seekpass.co

Hi Sandie, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it is that we currently only support education verifications from Australian institutions. While we’re not yet able to verify international qualifications, we’re actively exploring ways to expand this in the future. It is rather silly to have to upload the licence again. It has expired and I have renewed, all I should need to do is change the expiry date, unless it is due for updated photo after 10yrs.

SubjectSuggestion for Enhancing Document Upload Options for International Applicants
Subject: Suggestion for Enhancing Document Upload Options for International Applicants
support at seekpass.co
Dear SEEK Pass Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to bring to your attention a concern experienced by applicants from India and other Asian countries during the SEEK Pass verification process—specifically when selecting the option “I want to verify my Right to Work.”
Currently, the website seems to only support the upload and verification of documents issued by Australian or New Zealand government authorities. As a result, essential credentials from foreign applicants—such as those issued by Indian educational institutions or government bodies—are not being accepted or do not have an option to be uploaded.
Some examples of key documents not being accommodated include:
Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (issued by Indian government portals)
Indian Driver’s License
Educational Qualifications (degree/diploma certificates from Indian colleges or universities)
I kindly suggest adding more inclusive document categories or a flexible upload feature to support international applicants, particularly those from India and other Asian countries, as this would greatly improve the user experience and increase accessibility for a wider range of job seekers.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate the valuable service SEEK Pass offers and hope this suggestion proves helpful.
Warm regards,
Saeedul Zafar
