I am very glad that I did. My camera arrived yesterday and I am delighted. Their customer service is excellent and communication, the same.

Worst ever service I have received since I started online shopping. Bought an item on 2 April 2026 and up to now haven't received any update about the order and are ignoring my emails but I can see here they are responding to reviews. I am not sure if what I purchased will ever get delivered.

I was reluctant at first, surely the Galaxy s25 ultra cant be at the price their quoting? But then I saw quite a few good reviews here at Trustpilot and decided to go ahead and purchase. I wasn't expecting the delivery to be so fast also as I had it within a couple of days. And yes sealed and brand new, very happy with Seentat, great job!

The service I received was good from start to finish. The prices of the products are great. I purchased a Samsung S25 ultra. I was wary as I had never heard of Seentat but the reviews were generally good & if you don't give companies a try how can they get a good name & higher ratings.
I ordered knowing that the postage was up to 2 weeks, that is the only drawback. I was informed after ordering that I had to go into hospital, I live alone. 🤔
I emailed about a rough delivery time so I could arrange for someone to be at my home to accept the parcel. Kacey, replied to me & checked into my order etc & was very helpful. All was sorted & my phone arrived in good time & perfect condition.

Stay away. Sold me me a new phone in January 2026 phone broke in march. I took it into Samsung to fix issue, after inspection they have informed me it was not new and was missing parts. I've emailed seetat, and they have ignored me. Now no phone after three months. Awful company don't use

FREE storage upgrade was offered and accepted. Would use again. I would however would ensure that a full review of what is being offered, including full contents list and to read all reviews.

I was looking for a S10+ Samsung tablet and Seentat were by far the cheapest offer.
