They ship to a seemingly random assortment of countries and only 3 of them are european. I am literally begging to give you money why don't you ship to Denmark. I've never seen a website that doesn't ship to Denmark. Certainly not one that is literally in Europe.

Bought several mod parts from this company but my latest purchase is absolutely outstanding, CT720 XP case , stunning top hat bevelled sapphire crystal made the mod . Can't praise them enough .

My parcel was missing a component but after a brief email exchange the missing item was sent on the next day. I will be using them again.

I have been a very happy customer of Seikomods for quite some time and I am always happy with any purchase I have made .
The level of quality of parts and service I receive is always top notch . On the very rare occasion I have had any issues, the team at Seikomods are always very quick at returning emails and dealing with any issues I may have. The pricing is very reasonable and , if I have ordered in time, delivery is usually always next day . They have an excellent range to chose from and ordering is made so simple from the straight forward UI of the website . I think you would be very hard pressed to find this level of service with this quality of products else where. I have seen a few negative reviews for Seikomods and I can bet my bottom dollar that the team at Seikomods would have done everything they can to rectify any issue the customer may have had but, there are some people in this world that, no matter how far you go to help them , they will never be happy . All I can say is , if your looking for good quality products and great prices that come with amazing customers service, look no further than Seikomods.

As many reviewers have stated. If you want an item and you recieve your mail. You are happy. When the mail is lost or you want a refund. Their is a problem with this company. They do not follow the uk laws regarding 14 days returns policy for online orders. And neither do they give their returns address. Anyone in the UK that wants to file a claim against them. Feel free. There is one thing making money. And another when you are greedy. Ignore certain emails and answer others. I've already filed a report

Do not buy anything from this company, at least if you don’t live in UK. Bought a watch strap but I never received it. Emailed SeikoMods to ask where my package was… the answer was “we have no idea”! Very concerned about this, and even more concerned, as I can’t get any response from them regarding my money back.

Want to return the item I bought to mod for my Seiko flightmaster for my birthday,bought at the end of November 2023,it's for the wrong watch untouched,I still have the items I have sent 3 to 4 emails now with no response,the return policy is sketchy and theirs no address to return the item to,the service has been a joke regarding a helpful
response,please be careful and aware of the lack of transparency

Ordered a vostok bezel and a couple of inserts, very good website, fast delivery, excellent packaging, bezel insert adhesive stickers included. No long 3 week waiting times from overseas.

Customer service arrogant, later ignores me outright.

The modding scene is filled with all the best people.
In my experience some of the best support, service, even advice has come from other bigger and smaller companies (and people) in this field.
Makes what I wrote here almost impossible to believe myself.

First time buyer at seikomods.com and I found the process excellent. I bought a few bezel inserts (SKX007) for my vostok amphibia watches and the quality of the inserts was top notch. Delivery was quick despite The Plague and the stupid, stupid, Irish sea border going into Northern Ireland. Communication from Seikomods was top notch and service overall was 5/5. I had to return one of the inserts as I had ordered the wrong one, my fault entirely, but it was no problem as I was refunded immediately when they received it back. I'm just preparing my next order and I'm confident it will be as smooth a process as the first time. I highly recommend seikomods.com, not just for seiko watch mods, but also if you are looking for Vostok bezel inserts.

Just purchased a regulated NH36 movement for an SKX mod. Having reviewed the movements performance at a number of positions it appears to be running at -2 -0 secs/day, with 0ms beat error and excellent amplitude. This is wonderful timekeeping for this budget movement.

Have just bought a couple of Seiko items from SeikoMods, first class customer service, very prompt reply to my emails .
Items were packaged very well and postage was free and first class.
SeikoMods will now be my first go to place for my modding items

The website is easy to navigate, their products are exactly as described and of top quality. Their customer service is excellent.

Used Seikomods for an almost complete set of parts recently, and it was a pleasure from beginning to end.
The parts themselves are top quality and in addition they were very accomodating in fitting the crystal and bezel for me before delivery.
All parts arrived very quickly, with great communication at all stages - I would not hesitate to recommend them to any modder (especially in the UK) and I'm looking forward to my next project already!

What a fantastic store to have here in the UK. The best quality parts mean i can offer high quality builds to my customers and fast.

Most other mod parts stores are either far east or in the USA and shipping takes ages from these sites, not only that but import and VAT are payable form them too.

Not the case with Seikomods, super fast delivery, no import fees for UK orders and they are also very helpful if you need to contact them too. The ever expanding selection of parts is most exciting as eventually they will have absolutely everything you could possibly want for modding :)

Used SeikoMods quite a few times now and they have a huge selection of parts, a lot of which no one else stocks.

SeikoMods are also at the forefront in developing new skx conversion cases to use with existing skx mod parts, this gives me more scope to build custom pieces.

The deliveries even during covid times have also been extremely quick and well packaged so nothing gets damaged.

Emailed to ask a few questions and got a very quick response. If I can I won’t use anyone else as they are that good!

It’s also great to have the best supplier based in the UK! Saves a lot of time and customs charges!

Time and again SeikoMods delivers. The parts are excellent and the service is great! Recently there have been slower shipping times - but that's COVID as the parts are always shipped same or next day. Can't recommend them enough.
