Scam! I received the wrong item! Despite repeated enquiries, I’m being completely ignored! They’re also refusing to refund the full amount or send the correct item later.
Don’t order anything from here!

Don't buy ANYTHING from these SCAMMERS.

I had purchased a "our adventure book". Looked really nice on the ad, and almost 2months later, back and forth emails with their self generated mails, they don't want to send my money back and want me to be patient. Not only did I pay for the "so called item" I paid to have it delivered within 7 working days. So I repeat. Don't buy ANYTHING from these thieves!!!

Took nearly 2 months to receive my WW2 Plane and Tank Advent Calendars. To say I was unimpressed would be a gross understatement. HORRIBLE quality, absolutely nothing like advertised. Bought as gifts but would be way too embarrassed to give them. Reached out to customer service, sent pictures and they responded saying the product aligned with their quality standards. Wish I had searched reviews for this website before purchasing, biggest waste of $60 I've ever spent.

Ordered WWII plane advent calendar. Did not receive it after sending several email inquiries. After one month still “in transit”. Avoid this merchant!
UPDATE: the parcel arrived today, Nov12. It comes from China. The quality is poor but at least it does have little plastic planes (not just flat cardboard). I do not recommend this merchant. Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering. It was a FaceBook ad, should have known better than to order from a FB ad.

They deserve 0 stars, Buyer beware, they are dishonest. They didn’t ship what I ordered for $59 they were totally different items that were over priced to begin with. they offered me $6 and said it would be expensive for me to ship the items back to China to which I said I want what I ordered, they said they shipped what I ordered. I replied that they didn’t and said how can you prove you did. They later said they verified with the proper departments. I sent them pictures of what I ordered and what they shipped and waiting for response

I wouldn’t even want to give it the one star. Do not order from here!! I placed an order on the 14th of September and I’m still battling to get my money back. I have been sent 2 “replacements” for a calendar I ordered that never came and none of them have turned up! I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and I seem to get a generic email of “it’s too late for a refund we have sent a replacement” the tracking links I keep being given never update. This site is a scam do not waste your money as you will not get it back.

I ordered a Straykids advent calender for my daughter, wich was very dissaponting. I paid waaaay to much for it. It is just flat plastic figures I got, no 3D figures as seen in the add. This is a scam. They offered me first 5, then 6 and at last 7 dollars for a discount? I can’t send it back, because it is too expensive…. And I have to pay for it…. Again, don’t buy here!!!!

I ordered a wall calendar - and received NOTHING. They provided me with a fake tracking number and a link to a fake tracking site, and no more. I tried to contact them via e-mail, but the answer was not informative. And it seems that all the positive reviews which are placed here - are also fake.

I ordered the “Our Adventure Book Scrapbook – Retro Style Embossed Letter Cover” from Seincriterion. What I received was nothing like the advertised product — just two pieces of cardboard, plain sheets, and a piece of string. The quality was extremely poor and completely misrepresented on their website.

The delivery process was also full of problems:
• The seller gave me two different tracking numbers with conflicting delivery dates and times.
• One tracking number was not recognised by Australia Post.
• The courier eventually provided a photo showing my parcel dumped in a public hallway, not delivered to my staffed reception (which is open all day).

When I contacted customer service, I only received generic replies, no accountability, and no proper solution.

From my experience, this company does not deliver what it advertises and provides no real customer support when problems occur.

I have now escalated this through my bank for a refund under “Goods Not As Described.”

I ordered “Our Adventure Book Scrapbook” advertised as a premium scrapbook with inserts, a vintage copper lock, and accessories. What I received was nothing like the product advertised — a cheap, low-quality imitation that felt like a complete rip-off.

When I reached out to customer service, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was offered $5, then $7, then $9 as “compensation,” paired with personal, almost bizarre messages about how the employee had to “apply to the leader” or how their “salary is not a lot.” This was completely unprofessional and avoided the actual problem: I did not receive the product I paid for.

I repeatedly made it clear that the only acceptable solution was either a full refund or the correct product. They refused. The entire interaction was not only frustrating but also deeply suspicious — it felt less like dealing with a company and more like being strung along by someone making excuses.

This company is misleading customers, misrepresenting their products, and handling complaints in a way that is unprofessional and evasive. I strongly advise avoiding them altogether.

Totally scam! Ordered the " Adventure Book " with express shipping in order to get it in time for a birthday gift but what was sent was nothing like advertised, It was literally 2 hard covers with a stack of blank papers and a string to bind them together that came in a plastic bag.. would not recommend buying anything from them. Had contacted support for a refund but have not received a response so far. .

I ordered “Our Adventure Book” expecting a high-quality product as shown in the pictures and description — printed pages, pockets, thoughtful design, and keepsake-style packaging. This feels like a scam. I paid €45 for something that looks and feels like it’s worth less than €5. The product images and description are completely misleading.

I’ve contacted support and requested a full refund, as this is unacceptable. If you’re considering ordering — don’t. Save your money.

I ordered "Our Adventure Book" from this company based on their shipping claim that they are a US-based operation with high-quality items, clearly shown in their product images. What I received was shockingly different.

The item was shipped from Estonia, had no labeling, came in cheap, low-quality packaging, and was about 10% the size shown on the website. They charged me over 30 euros for what looks like a generic, mass-produced item with no relation to what was advertised.

Their tracking system falsely claimed the parcel originated in the US, but the packaging clearly shows otherwise. This suggests either a fake tracking system or deliberate misrepresentation.

When I contacted them, I received no meaningful explanation—just generic replies. After checking Trustpilot (unfortunately after my purchase), I found that many others have had the same experience.

This is not just bad service, it’s deceptive and borders on fraud. I have filed complaints with the EU Consumer Protection authorities and am pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

I had purchased a "our adventure book". Looked really nice on the ad. My wife and I love to travel and thought this would be a great bday present for her. What I thought I ordered and what I got are 2 completely different items. It says our adventure book but looks nothing like the ad. It's very cheap. Very disappointed.

I made a purchase with this company and never received the item. After waiting for a long period, I contacted them, and they confirmed that there was a delay in posting. However, weeks went by, and I still had no product.

I opened a dispute through PayPal, providing all evidence that I had been promised the item, but despite my proof, PayPal sided with the seller and closed the case in their favor. The seller clearly never intended to send the product, and I’m left without the item or my money.

I highly recommend avoiding this company if you value your time and money. They are untrustworthy, and I’ve had nothing but a frustrating experience. I will never order from them again.

I ordered Crowned King Cologned Body ButterBuy (the word “ButterBuy” should have given it away) from this website / company. After literally a month I finally received the product and it is absolute trash !! It’s supposed to have a nice scent but it smells like something out of the Dollar Tree (sorry Dollar Tree…your stuff is probably better).

THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SENDS OUT RUBBISH WHEN YOU ORDER.
After many times trying to contact them I then receive msgs with tracking of my parcel and after many weeks, I eventually receive another email stating my parcel has been delivered. ALL FAKE INFORMATION. I believe my order Never left their premises.
They have all my money & I have No pickle ball bats.

Bought these earrings recently and Im quite happy with their quality considering the price. Pearl detail looks elegant and the tassels hang nicely without feeling heavy. Comfortable enough for everyday wear and matches well with different outfits. Overall satisfied.

Received these earrings after about two weeks of waiting and overall Im satisfied. Considering the affordable price, the quality is impressive, and they came securely packaged without damage. Its butterfly tassel design looks delicate and charming, definitely matching the advertised style accurately. Would consider purchasing again from here!

I ordered a "powerful wireless car vacuum cleaner" in March 2025 from this company. It arrived fairly quickly. I charged it, started using it and after about 4 minutes it stopped working. I recharged it but it never started working again. The on/off button was completely useless. I had paid nearly $29 plus postage. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos of the item, the packaging and a video to show the button wasn't working. Customer services offered me a $2 compensation, which rose to $4 and finally to $9. That was their last offer and then they stopped contacting me. So I really suggest you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS
RIP-OFF COMPANY. You might as well just throw your $35 down the drain. It will cause less aggravation.
