I purchased a ladies smart watch direct from the Sekonda website because they were offering the best deal, they were cheaper than anywhere else and postage was free too.

The watch arrived super fast and was well packaged.

I returned the watch after a couple of weeks though because I didn’t get on with it - it needed charging twice daily.

The return was quickly dealt with and I was given a full refund straight away.

Fantastic customer service experience from start to end just a pity about the watch.

Very poor quality watch. I would never consider buying another one. So disappointing as it was only about three months old. All the shop would consider was to send it to their workshop which would have meant I was without a watch for probably a couple of weeks.

I purchased this Sekonda 1648 watch for my son in 2023 for his high school graduation. He only wore it a couple of times on special occasions. The first time we changed the battery, the watch was already running slow, but I thought it was just the battery. The second time the battery ran out, we didn’t replace it immediately because it’s rarely used. When we finally replaced it this month, after the warranty had expired, the watch completely stopped working — the mechanism is dead, and there is nothing we can do.
For a watch bought directly from the brand’s official website, this is extremely disappointing. The quality is poor and completely unreliable. A watch from a clothing brand I own has lasted for over five years and still works perfectly, which makes this even more frustrating. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy watch, and I would not buy from Sekonda again.

Stylish watch looks good

It's cheap for a reason, what could of been a fantastic watch is let down by its main feature "GPS"

Plan on waiting anything from 5 to 15 (not joking)minutes for this watch to aquire a satellite, this is really rubbish and happens in all locations so not clear sky issues.
There's only so many warm up stretches you can do before you get a signal

I I'm having bad experience with customer serviceCustomer service as they are as they are not responding to my query

I bought a the smart flex watch 3months ago and it is terrible quality. The button on the side no longer works, the screen has gone all glitchy and sometimes the screen completely stops working not responding to any touch. I have contacted customer support and they have informed me that I must pay to return my watch all the way from australia. I am well within my warranty period and yet they are asking me to spend more money towards a faulty watch they sold me. I have lost all trust in Sekonda and their customer service, I would strongly reccommend not purchasing as the quality is not good and they are not helpful.

Easy to setup

Very happy with new watch .. looks great .. performs well and a good price too. Fast postage and safe delivery. Cannot ask for more.
