Visited the Select store at Merry Hill and had a really great experience. The store was well organised with a good range of options, and everything was easy to find. What stood out the most was the staff — they were genuinely friendly, approachable, and very helpful without being pushy. They made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the better visits I’ve had while shopping there!

Was easy to collect my 'Click n Collect' order.

I received excellent service from Daanish in Derby. He was very professional, a bit cheeky in a good way, and genuinely helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back to the store for any help in the future.

My son's AirPods had stopped working, so I took them into the Select store and explained what had happened to a technician called Lewis, who couldn't help enough. Within 5 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and replaced the earbuds.

I dealt with Eabha today in Select store in Liffey valley she was very knowledgeable & provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back to make more purchases in the store because of this experience it really make a difference.

The purchase was great also I thought it would take longer to arrive to my place but I made an order on Thursday and got my item on Saturday morning.
However, I thought DPD would be more reliable and professional than this, because the Saturday morning my item was delivered I had woken up sudden and checked my email that’s when I saw that it was delivered, I mean according to the regulations of the delivery the recipient has to sign that they got their item before the courier leaves, not just leave it in front of the door, without knocking or calling or even giving a heads up email saying the item will be delivered that day. If someone took the item I wouldn’t have know. That’s one thing I was disappointed with the delivery.

Other than that the item was packaged securely in order not to be damaged.

I was helped by Louise who was very knowledgable and patient. She explained why I was experiencing the problems I was having and sorted it out quickly.

Was having terrible problems with my iphone after an iOS 26 update and after trying a few repair shops and almost giving up I heard about the Select store in Merry Hill. Having explained the problem Tamara checked it out and after about 20 mins had it working perfectly again. I was so relieved and all the staff were so very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this store!

Select took my money. Held it for 1 month. Did not deliver the product. And returned my money after 1 month. Am I giving a free loan to this company for 1 month. lol 😂. If you don’t have the product in stock, just say so.

Extremely poor service. Booked in 3 times to get a battery changed but had to cancel each time because the expected repair time was more than originally explained or they didn’t have the battery!
I’ll buy a new phone instead so perhaps this is what Apple want you to do!

I had the lovely Jill today to help me set up my new phone and transfer all my information onto the new phone, brilliant service and such a lovely person to deal with. Would highly recommend select. Louise Swords

Best services ever

I went to the Truro branch & the sales guy was helpfull, I decided to contact customer support with a small request & stating that I was ready to make a purchase. That was 3 days ago, nothing so far so I'm beginning to question the purchase? I guess the shop staff are being let down by the customer service fiasco.
