Overall I was very pleased with SelectQuote and they persevered to find me the best policy. My only concern is that I had 3 different representatives in a short period of time so it was confusing as to who to contact if I had questions.

Had pre-existing condition a year after my 15 year policy and I am still able to get a considerable amount of life insurance at a reasonable rate $100,000 for$ 70 something dollars a month and I’m 60

The initial process to find life insurance was super fast and easy. However, the more thorough process to apply to the insurance company SelectQuote found for me was incredibly painful. They don't offer a form to fill out, instead requiring you to spend hours on the phone providing very personal details about your life. I was unprepared for some of the questions, so had to end the call to do some digging then get back to them. Without knowing ahead of time what questions they would ask, it took several separate calls to get through it. It was excruciating.

We've filled out the questionnaire, talked to the guy for almost an hour on the phone and did another questionnaire and still haven't heard from anyone. At least tell us if coverage was denied also the amount you said we could get was half for double the price. And my husband is a healthy man.

Still waiting for approval from underwriter. Just delay after delay

The process was very organized and thorough.

I only called to inquire about quotes on their life insurance on behalf of someone else and the customer reps were extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone!

The agent was super nice and asked a LOT of questions. Unfortunately I had to answer them all over again on the insurance website. This is VERY DIFFERENT than what is advertised. After paying my initial fee, I thought it would be a full month before the first payment. Nope…it showed up the following week.

No follow up to my request for insurance.

**Terrible Communication and Incorrect Medical Information**

I started the life insurance process with SelectQuote on April 30. They sent someone to my home to complete extensive testing and bloodwork, and then I heard absolutely nothing for months.

In July, a representative named Tiffany finally contacted me and said a report claimed that I had ANA. She never mentioned hypertension at that time. I explained that I do not have ANA and had my doctor send her a letter confirming this. After that, Tiffany never followed up, never confirmed that the doctor’s letter had been reviewed, and never told me whether the incorrect information had been corrected.

I followed up again last week, and a different representative emailed me a very expensive quote. When I asked what medical conditions were being used to determine the rate, I was told hypertension, sleep apnea, and ANA.

I have never been diagnosed with hypertension. My sleep apnea is very mild to nonexistent with my Inspire implant, and the incorrect ANA information was apparently never removed, despite my doctor providing documentation.

This entire process has been frustrating, disorganized, and a complete waste of my time. SelectQuote allowed months to pass without communication, failed to properly follow up on medical documentation, and appears to have based my quote on inaccurate health information. I would not recommend using them based on my experience.

Filled out all online requirements, received email that all was received, then next day said I needed to complete there questionnaire again. I have no idea what is going on with select-quote and Prudential.

Did a great job finding better coverage for less money.
