I spoke with an associate today about escalating my case about a card I've been waiting to arrive for about a month now (a card with my own money on it), and I financially can't wait another 10 to 15 business days after reordering. The escalation would ask for approval to expedite the card.

The associate (I forgot her name) then hung up on me instead of transferring me.

The frustration I feel is high. Every time I require assistance from this company it is usually a 1 out of 10 in satisfaction.

Summary: I have been waiting for a month for the credit card to arrive, it never did, and when I tried to reorder it and have it expedited, I was hung up on.

Service: 0/ 10 Every Singe Time.

I had the credit card for 5 years. I missed 2 payments then made a payment before the next date owed. They closed my on a Sunday... after customer service was closed. They are a shady company.

This company is doing well help people build their credit.

I was falsely charged!

It really helped with my credit building . I would recommend if you want to build or strengthen your credit

I wouldn't give it any stars, but you have to leave at least 1, First of all it's not a loan, you do not receive any money, you just pay 25.00$ every month, to God knows who, And if you have it automatically with drawn out of your account they take it a week before it due, and if it isn't in there they charge you a late fee, plus $25.00. Do not recommend this at all. I will continue to pay this for the remaining time I have to. Because if I don't it will give me a negative credit review on my report. Which I don't understand how it can, because I never received any funds, I'm just paying something, don't even know if it a human.

Money keeps disappearing from my account ive called and asked for investigation and they just keep giving me the run around, I would make my payment and few days in my money is drained everyday from few cents to .050 cents

I thought I get credit from ya instead I am paying interest on my own money I deposit 100 dollars and pay ya 500 I don't like it I don't want self nomore. This ridiculous don't say build my credit I could did that without ya 🤬

Well, I'm still waiting for significant improvements to my credit score. But managing this credit card is helping me develop better use of any credit card. And the want of paying off and never using credit again

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I've called in multiple times because their app/website always has a glitch and you cant log in. It has been 30 days, and they cant log me in to set up autopay and now im getting emails that I'm going to be charged, meanwhile I've been in contact with 5 calls and they tell me to wait for an email that came 3 days later!! Email came in which was ZERO help and nobody will get on the phone to get this done!!! It's insanity in 2026 that a company's support/technical issue exist like this.

The payments are easy to made, they truly help me to going up in my credit, they are amazing company, no complaints

2 star because things went great for almost 2 years and the last 2 months I found them to take payments out before the due date and causing my payment to decline and then charging me a late fe for a payment that was ran way too early. There is no professionalism when talking to customer Care. I requested a supervisor and a week later I had to call back and ask for a supervisor again because nonody cared to call me. I then had to wait over 20 minutes for said supervisor and he literally just helped me close my account for lack of accountability for their part and refusal to fix it. It really didn't help my credit that much over all and just became more of a hassle towards the end of the agreement with miraculous decline fees and things with the payments not going through which never happened before in the 2 year agreement we had.

NO IMMEADIATE ACCESS TO MY MONEY IS PROBLEMATIC!
