Actually I wrote a negative review here before and now i have changed my mind because of one of the customer service team members his name is "Diego", very respectful and professional staff and he kept me updated with every thing about my package, i would like to deliver a special thanks to him.

Worst shipping Website ever
Unfortunately, I am a very old customer. I have been exposed to all kinds of fraud from them. Their problems always lie in financial transactions. Large sums of money are always withdrawn from my Visa card. Fraudsters. When I order from sites such as eBay or Amazon in the United States of America, the amount is doubled. For example, I bought an item from eBay worth 100 dollars and I was charged for the amount of 312 dollars. In my last order, my purchases were worth 245 dollars, and I was charged for the amount of 614 dollars to Dubai Customs. Unfortunately, I was scammed, as they did not calculate the 5% customs fees, but rather 8%, so I was scammed twice and in one shipping operation, and the same was done. They held me accountable for the tax, and when I told them of their mistake, they told me that they would return the amount of the tax, but they would not return the amount of the customs duties to me because they had already taken it. I was charged for the amount of $614 and the percentage was 8%, and I was supposed to be held accountable for the amount of $245 and the percentage was 5%. For your information, I presented them with the invoices and documents. Official products for the products, but unfortunately they do not want to return my money. Please be careful with them, as the goods are stolen from their employees or lost. 10 months ago, a product was lost that arrived at their warehouses in the United States of America. They told me that the shipment did not arrive. I submitted many reports, but they did not give me my rights and did not compensate me, and now, after 10 months have passed. They delivered it to me and the shipping amount was withdrawn from me, and they did not take into account that they caused me financial losses. Unfortunately, their problems do not end, and the best solution, and through my many experiences, is shop&ship from Aramex. It is the solution. They will not steal your money and will not take from you more than the customs clearance value.

I was having a problem with shipping a lithium batteries from US (they don’t ship lithium batteries), but support was very helpful that not making me to return the items to the supplier instead they shipped it to me by cooperate with a company that can ship lithium and delivered it to me obviously I paid extra 50$ for the shipping but I have no complaints as they handled the situation very well and support was very helpful and giving me updates on my items till I received it 10/10 service. All thanks to Monika and a big thank to the guy how handled the situation in Dubai.
I hope they will improve their services and ship the lithium without any extra charges, the shipping fees are very low which I like.

Poor service from this company
Poor service from this company, I don't get the value of the service and the annual fee of PRO membership, registering with them claiming to be faster that competitors mentioning them by name in their marketing materials on Instagram and everywhere, but till now the experience shows no value and it seems they fairly new to the market and this industry, not having proper process for handling items with batteries (Dangerous goods), hidden fees
after escalating this someone called me demanding 50 USD to process my shipment in addition to shipping fees, these information not mentioned anywhere before receiving packages and reviewed all thier hep and FAQ material, customer service promising updates but not honored. 3 business days passed and not sure what is the status of my package delivered to thier warehouse, as it seems even customer service team just sending canned response of instructions. How are you expecting people to continue using the service? till now my experience is purely negative and I hope that the end of it not being that they lost/stole my package which is valued 599 USD (BTW maximum rebate they can honor if they will ever explicitly mentioned to be capped at 100 USD).
Warning anyone new to be careful on using the service as they are new and did not see reviews posted from anyone.
