Great Job! Friendly staff!

New management and staff is great . The girls Bianca , Ciera , and Shounice , at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve stored here for years now and I do appreciate that it is more reasonably priced than other storage facilities. However I feel like the facilities are not kept up very well or it takes way longer than it should to fix issues. The lights by my unit were not operational for months (thankfully after bringing it up three times it’s fixed), and elevators have been out a couple times, and generally speaking are scary and dimly lit. Also, there have been several times when I arrive and there’s someone taking up both spaces in the double spot in the garage by parking their car right in the middle. I would understand if that was after hours when there isn’t someone in the office. However I feel like the office staff should do more to monitor this and ask people to move. Or perhaps re-paint the lines on the ground?

They decided to up their prices and I'm still waiting on my letter that I requested that explains why.

Maintenance issues, big garage door, elevators down. Otherwise usually clean and functioning well.

We have been using this facility for several your and, overall, have been satisfied with our experience.

The people working the facility are very nice and professional. But both times in the last two weeks the elevators have been a problem. The last time I was there 3 days ago, on Monday afternoon, both elevators were broken. I could not even get to my storage unit.
When will this be fixed?

It's an amazing hassle free service. Never had any issues with anything.

Good place to keep your valuable household property. i have been at Storage one for about 30 years.

Self Storage on Sheffield/ Grace is a family owned business. They are trying to help and hear your voice, should you need them.

Basically a great place. Just could use a bit more parking at certain times.

This young woman was unable to pronounce my name! It took 4 tries. She
sounded like she was high. I was not sure this was legitimate. Why would you have someone working for you who cannot pronounce the language? Are you exploiting a person who is not able to handle this? A very disconcerting experience. I paid the invoice, but I must tell you that it was concerning.

I discovered a charge on my credit card which increased the fee from $137.00 to $173.00. I have not received an invoice for this charge. That makes me think that the excessive charge was supposed to just slide through unnoticed.

Nobody ever answers, and nobody returned my emergency, after-hours call placed on 11/01/2021!
