Selkirk Court Strike Pro shoes low quality is only outdone by their poor customer service. When a product fails and the company response is “that’s only a cosmetic issue and does not affect performance” is an alert that they don’t understand customer satisfaction. After having the uppers fail in less than 2 months I requested a refund. They would not issue a refund but sent a replacement pair that failed inside of one month. I, once again, contacted them advising of the same failure and they refused to acknowledge or address the issue. Be warned that Selkirk fails in customer support and satisfaction. I’m done and will insure my pb community knows they stink

I really like pop and the feel of the paddle. It allows you to swing with less strength and still get the momentum that you want on the ball. For me it allows more control on the ball.

Wrote in w/a question on the Tesla paddle as Tesla’s on line support is abysmal (when it comes to the Plaid).

Really started off liking the boomstik paddle but after only a few weeks the edge came loose and had to replace it. 2nd paddle had same defect, edge came off paddle. Now they are giving me a hard time with warranty. I dont even want another would rather have my money back. Really poor quality especially considering how expensive it is. I recommend not purchasing.

The young lady who helped me resolve my technical issues and place my order correctly was great. She solved my problems in no time and helped me get an extra discount even. Selkirk’s service is as top notch as their products! 5 stars from me!!
