I purchased a store balance and was suppose to get cash back bonus, never received the bonus. I also can not purchase anything in his store with the store balance.

I went to purchase another product via crypto and something happened where the money was received but never processed. Spoke with him about both issues and was told he would contact me back. Never been contacted back I have opened multiple tickets and not getting 1 response. Pretty sure all his reviews are fake. BEWARE do not shop, I have screenshots of everything.

I am writing this to warn every seller using Sellpass/HoodPay/Billgang. This platform appears to be confiscating user revenue under the guise of fake "fees" and "database errors."

This is not a one-time glitch; this is a pattern of theft:

Latest Incident: I sold a product for $44 USD. The system deducted 100% of the revenue ($44) and labeled it as a "Billgang Fee." I do not even have a Billgang account, nor have I verified an email with them.

Previous Incident: Upon checking my logs, I found that on December 5, 2025, another $16 was deducted/missing labeled as a "Hoodpay, LLC fee."

Total Stolen: $60 USD.

No legitimate payment processor charges a 100% transaction fee. Since these are crypto transactions, they know we cannot issue chargebacks, so they simply pocket the money.

Support Status:

Support has been silent for over 24 hours.

Discord invite links are hidden or broken.

They are ghosting me while holding my funds.

I demand an immediate manual review and the return of my funds. Until this is resolved, I advise everyone to stay away from this infrastructure.

I bought a few items off their site and the products were never sent to me. When I contacted him on telegram, he never responded to any of my multiple messages. Total scam

This whole process is a joke. These companies never answer support tickets and just take money. Sellpass allows it and could care less if the consumer gets screwed over or not. I will not use Sellpass anymore...I suggest everyone RUN!!!

pythonp.sellpass.io am writing to urgently request a refund for my recent purchase of the product "Fortnite AI" from PythonP through your platform, for $40. The product does not function as described and is completely unusable.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact the seller directly at pythonp sellpass but they have not responded to any of my messages.

As the seller is unresponsive, I kindly request that Sellpass process a full refund of $40 to my original payment method as soon as possible. I have attached the purchase details for your reference.

I don't know why sell pass is allowing people to scam us , there are multiple shops where they are scamming the people, one of them is clox still active, this guys have scammed me , please remove his account

Let me quickly explain Billgang/Sellpass to you.

They emerged as a completely fee-free and commission-free store. However, after attracting users, they stopped providing support. Support channels were closed, and Discord assistance was removed. Sellers become dependent on the platform after using it for a certain amount of time, and Billgang takes advantage of this by imposing additional deductions of over 6% on every payment. They raised the monthly package fee from €19-€39 to €300. Almost all useful features are only available in the €300 package. Under the name of deductions, cryptocurrency payments are directly transferred to Billgang without any notification or invoice. Over time, it seems like they are thinking about how much more money they can extract from their subscribers.

Competitor sites offer most of the features Billgang provides for free, and their paid packages are ten times more affordable. Of course, they can set their own prices, but promising no deductions, starting with packages under €50, and then suddenly increasing prices to €300—how ethical is that?

After today's incident, I have decided to quit for good. I encountered a fraudulent store within Billgang, purchased a product to test it, but there was no product and no communication. It has been a week, and despite reporting it to Billgang, they have taken no action. The store continues selling imaginary products, and Billgang is essentially telling me I won’t get my money back. They are complicit in the fraud because they are earning commissions and do not want to intervene.

I believe their downfall is near.

For those looking to sell, I strongly recommend opting for more humane, innovative, and service-oriented platforms.

Scam platform with full of scammer. Never buy from them!!!

I’ve been a Sellpass user since last month, and in total, I’ve made over $8,000 in revenue on this site. I know how the fees work, and I know that I have to pay the fees. The issue is that since my very first sale using Hoodpay, I have NEVER received the money in my wallet. You yourself gave me solutions like changing my wallet, using another one, and blah blah blah – and that’s exactly what I did.
BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY. NEVER, NEVER. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? THIS IS NOT ABOUT FEES. I HAVE NO PENDING FEES. It was over 200 euros in crypto sales that never reached my account. NONE of my sales sent even a single cent to my account.
I am willing to make a payment to myself and record it. I sincerely hope I don’t have to do that. I HAVE NO PENDING FEES BECAUSE SINCE MY VERY FIRST SALE – PAYMENT, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE CENT.
I know how fees work, and you don’t need to explain them to me. On Sellix, I had a monthly revenue of over 30,000 euros. Moving here, I have to stop selling in crypto because I’m being robbed.

This platform deceptively advertises a free plan but secretly charges for transactions without informing users. In my case, they even replaced my crypto addresses with theirs, redirecting some of my funds to them under the guise of a "platform fee."

Never replied, followed all instructions, added on discord, sent dm, no reply. FULL ON SCAM

never received the code. Seller blocked me from contacting them.
