The whole process was easy and very direct, except I don't have a FedEx near me to personally drop off ( my issue).
However, they had my silver within 2 days and gave me their offer in less than 12 hours. I checked the market and felt it was definitely fair. Getting my money direct-deposited was just as stress-free.

I sent them 31/2 pounds of silver thay lost my package.i called to find out what is the hold up.thay said to file a claim so I did .a week later thay said to give me only $500 on my claim nope that is not going to work so be careful thay will try to hustle you
