They can "refund" your skins any time, your money is never really save. I had my trade refunded 4 days before payout, price of the skins dropped alot in these 4 days....

We would like to clarify that returned transactions are extremely rare and are generally limited to situations involving obvious pricing errors, invalid valuations, or attempts to abuse incorrectly priced items. We do not cancel completed sales simply because market prices move up or down after the trade has been accepted.
In fact, even during recent market downturns, we honored payouts based on the agreed sale prices, despite the resulting losses on our side. Once a transaction has been accepted and validated, normal market fluctuations do not affect the amount we pay our users.
If your transaction was refunded, there was most likely a specific issue that prevented us from determining or honoring a valid price for the item involved. We'd be happy to review the details of your case if you contact our support team directly.

We would also like to clarify the issue of contact with our support department:
- Your inquiry on our chat was received at 20:00.
- You received a response explaining the banking issue from us at 20:03.
- As soon as you provided new, correct transaction data, the funds were sent and appeared in your account within the next 5 minutes.
We assure you that your account was not blocked in any way. If you encountered difficulties sending an email, it may have been due to a mistake in the recipient's address - our help channels are fully active at all times.
