The Support is just fantastic. Whenever I asked help through live chat, I was professionally assisted right away. The service is great as well, had no issues whatsoever since 3 years.

We use Send My call for all our call forwarding needs. We have been working with this compony for years and have always been happy with the service. They have great customer support and very good pricing. What more can you ask for? Would definately recommend!

Emma figured out the problem super fast and fixed it almost immediately without me even fulling having to explain the issue!

I had a problem with my Sendmycall account, and the Technical support give a me a excelent support! .. this was quickly and solve my issue in serveral minutes! ... excellent work!

I ran into technical issues and asked for help from the support team. Maya helped me out. She is an expert in all issues as I also raised billing issues within the same incident. She made sure all my issues are addressed and even explained the billing methods to me with complete patience. I am delighted I ran into her. Thank you Maya.

great customer service and support I feel very satisfied

The tech doesn't always work as intended, and I am still struggling because they took too long to update their software to cope with global changes to Internet infrastructure, but I cannot fault their customer support team who always try their hardest to solve the issue or find a work around. Once again they have helped me solve the problem..

No customer support.
They updated their system and they told me that I need to build my system that was already set and working from the scratch. Imagine Salesforce telling you this...
All good reviews are fake. They are incentivising people to write reviews. Anna K definitely cannot help you much.

Anna K. was excellent, She put me in an excellent mood and she resolved my issue extremely fast. She also provided an in-depth explanation of the issue when I asked as I needed to complete a report on my end.
I am impressed with the quality of my experience.

For a few days nobody had answer the chat. But today, Anna K was there and gave me some tips to resolve my problem.
