We have been with Send Payments since March 2023, with Ollie McGrath as our foreign exchange specialist. We transfer money overseas on a regular basis. It's been most helpful for us to have a dedicated specialist who we can talk to at any time and receive prompt and professional advice. He always has advice to ensure we get the best rates. Recently, we had an extremely stressful experience with our bank due to their IT problems. This caused a delay in the transfer of funds and Ollie was able to manage our contract until the funds arrived and get them to our overseas bank in less than two hours. All our transactions with Send have been timely and seamless thanks to Ollie McGrath and Send Payments. We have no hesitation in recommending them at the highest level.

I had previously attempted to convert currency and transfer funds overseas with another well known company only to have my funds put on hold and forced to deal with overseas based consultants who offered little to no assistance. SEND payments was suggested to me and from the get go the level of customer service was both evident & appreciated. I was appointed my own Account Manager (Tom) and he was most helpful. He returned all my calls promptly and was patient enough to answer all my questions. Given my previous experience, I wanted to be certain that my conversion of funds & subsequent overseas transfer would proceed without a problem. The sum involved was significant so peace of mind & confidence in the person I was liaising with were two non-negotiables. Tom was a professional in every sense of the word and the funds arrived in the overseas account in approximately 24 hours. SEND payments have my highest recommendation.

For regular people is not something easy!
I wanted to send my mother money (I do this on a regular base) and a gift to friend etc. I noticed that apparently, they had a better exchange rate, so I said to myself, why not use them from now on?! Well..., I found out why not to use them ever!
I went to the trouble to upload all my identification documents, excessive, I would like to add, but ok, they want to make sure it's me, I made the effort to fully validate my account, they were happy with that.
But then they wanted to prove of my mother identification and not only that, other documents too! When I called them, they told me, they have to do it because they are fully licensed! I used banks to send money to family, and they didn't ask to prove that's my mother or anything of this sort, and I'm sure, they were fully licensed! I only have to say, sending to my mother, and it was ok! It's just stupid! They know how I am, and I'm allowed to send my money to however I want, happy to put a description, but not to chase documents! And if I want to send a small gift to a friend, I shouldn't need to ask a friend his or her ID if I would like for example to make him or her a small one-off gift! Those guys are unreal!

SEND made things so much easier for me during what has been a stressful time. The money I saved, let alone the time not having to deal with banks etc was so quick easy and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend SEND for transferring funds abroad.

Was looking for a new funds transfer company, as the one I usually use no longer operates in Australia. Was very apprehensive, especially with all the scams around, as I needed to make a large transfer. Ollie McGrath contacted me, following my initial enquiry, and talked me through the entire process step-by-step, even several smaller initial transactions to give me more confidence. He kept in contact with me regularly, and answered my multiple questions very patiently and professionally. Ollie made the transfers very smooth, efficient and stress-free. There was constant support and communication from Ollie during the entire process, which is almost unheard of these days.
I was also impressed with how fast the transfers went through and would highly recommend both Ollie and Send to anyone needing to make international transfers. I will be using Send Payments for all my international money transfers from now on.

I thought the days of having a real, personalised service from a company were over and then I came across Send! When I needed to transfer money from Australia to the UK I figured I’d have to sort it out myself and do everything online but then I found Send on Compare the Market. Not only did they have the best rate of transfer but not long after I registered with the website I got a call at a decent time in the UK from Dylan in Australia telling me he was my account manager and would help me through the process and call me if I had any questions.
