Recently used Thomas from Send to transfer my funds from Australia to America and couldn't be happier. He was very professional and efficient. Got the job done with no problems.

Assistance of Account Manager Brock Millstead was brilliant and supportive to expedite the process. The exchange rate was good and I felt confident because security and data were regulated by AFSL. I experienced issues with my bank transfer because they wanted 3 days to transfer my money when I wanted it the next day, so I was alterted to the issue by Brock hence able to communicate with the bank and get this expedited. Transaction then expedited by Send whom I would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience using send payments to receive my living expenses from the United States, to where I live in Australia. I received my funds the following day, earlier than I expected.

Sending large amounts is stressful enough and Corry was able to put my mind at ease, was able to get me the best rate, and everything went smoothly.

After a recent poor experience with another fx transfer company the transaction with SEND was a blast. Smooth, precise, great exchange rate and best of all it was so speedy. Of course there was excessive red tape and admin but I guess that's the governments' responsibility.

We tried approaching a couple of different transfer companies and had difficulty with contact and communication, this made me nervous with such a large sum. Upon doing some more research and applying for a quote through send we had a call from the wonderful Ollie the next day, who was friendly and transparent through the whole process. He communicated with me at each step even to confirm that our funds had reached the account! Will definitely use them again in the future and will be recommending send to others.

SEND has shown to be an excellent and trustworthy company for dealing with international transfers. I was allocated a case manager and phone/email communication was impeccable and prompt, and everything was explained clearly.
SEND always offered good advise but exercised patience and flexibility for me to arrive at my own decisions as to when/how to trade.
I will continue working with SEND also with smaller, regular transferrals. It makes international transactions significantly more cost effective than dealing with the standard bank.

I was initially doubtful about entrusting a non-banking company with a very large transfer of money. My manager at Sendpayment, Cristina, was very helpful and accompanied me throughout the process, which was not necessarily very friendly for her as she had to accommodate a large timezone difference for some phone calls with me. She explained the process and helped me throughout. She was very reactive, and even went above and beyond to accelerate the transfer once I had started it (I missed a deadline by a few hours but she asked her team to proceed that day nonetheless).

I'll definitely use the services of Sendpayment again in the near future.

This was the first time that I had sent money overseas using this method. It was so easy and also cheaper than the bank, as the exchange rate was similar but there were no there charges. I was nervous initially but all the reviews were good and I contacted them as the app didn't work well on my Android phone. It definitely gave me more confidence when I spoke to them and once I did it on my laptop, it was quick snd easy. Brock rang me again to reassure me that the money had been received and the very next day it was in my friends bank in England.
I was extremely happy with every aspect of this service and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Highly recommend using Send Payments. I worked with Ollie through the whole process, he had great knowledge and communication throughout the whole thing and gave me regular updates. I experienced some issues on my end sending the money but he was very helpful and patient throughout. Can’t fault them, and would definitely use again.
