Плохая поддержка, обман после оплаты
Списали средства за подписку и статус не поменяли. 2 недели в чате игнорили. После этого сказали, что не обслуживают наш регион. А до этого пару лет работали. Саппорт сказал, что нет поступления. Хотя описал, что их форма зависла во время списания. Отказались делать запрос в их платежную систему, сказали не хотят уточнять информацию.
Очень плохой сервис. Не рекомендую отправлять деньги.

Servizio bloccato, promesse non mantenute, rimborso richiesto
Ci siamo iscritti a SendPulse per inviare newsletter ai nostri clienti — tutti contatti reali e legittimi, acquisiti tramite acquisti sul nostro sito e-commerce. Fin dal primo caricamento delle liste, la piattaforma ha bloccato le campagne accusandoci di utilizzare indirizzi email "raccolti illegalmente", semplicemente perché molti nostri clienti sono hotel e strutture ricettive che utilizzano indirizzi come info[at]nomehotel.it.
Dopo aver fornito tutta la documentazione richiesta a dimostrazione della legittimità dei contatti, un membro del loro Compliance Team ci ha confermato per iscritto che le liste erano state sbloccate e che potevamo procedere con l'invio.
Ci siamo fidati. Abbiamo ricreato le tre campagne da zero, investendo ulteriore tempo. Risultato? Bloccate di nuovo, per gli stessi identici motivi, come se lo sblocco confermato non fosse mai avvenuto.
Ad oggi non abbiamo potuto inviare nemmeno una singola email, nonostante il servizio sia stato regolarmente pagato. Abbiamo richiesto il rimborso totale.
Una conferma scritta rivelatasi falsa, un servizio mai erogato e una gestione a dir poco sconcertante.
Diffidate.

In SendPulse, ci impegniamo a mantenere elevati standard di deliverability delle email. Per questo motivo, seguiamo rigorosamente le nostre politiche interne anti-spam. Ciò include la verifica delle liste di contatti e dei contenuti delle email, per assicurarci che i messaggi vengano inviati solo a iscritti confermati e raccolti in modo corretto.
Allo stesso tempo, alcuni indicatori dell’account possono attivare restrizioni automatiche anche in assenza di campagne attive — in particolare quando vengono rilevati determinati pattern o l’utilizzo di strumenti di terze parti. Questi controlli fanno parte dei nostri sistemi progettati per proteggere la reputazione della piattaforma e la qualità della consegna.
Comprendiamo perfettamente che questa situazione possa essere risultata confusa e deludente, soprattutto dopo aver ricevuto una conferma dal nostro team di Compliance. Ci scusiamo se la nostra comunicazione precedente è sembrata poco chiara o poco utile. Il suo feedback è molto importante per noi e sarà preso in considerazione per migliorare la qualità e la chiarezza della nostra comunicazione.
La informiamo inoltre che il suo pagamento è già stato completamente rimborsato. Le auguriamo sinceramente tutto il meglio per le sue future attività di email marketing e grande successo nell’utilizzo degli strumenti di marketing per il suo business.

I’ve started using SendPulse to send messages to my followers on Telegram. Overall, using SendPulse requires some understanding of its structure; otherwise, you may get stuck halfway.
Their live support is responsive, and they were able to answer most of my questions, which helped me solve several issues.
However, I did notice that the system can sometimes lag, especially during nighttime (Singapore time zone). Other than that, I would say it has been a good experience.
