They’re a really reliable company to go with to save you from any possible late deliveries. They’re also very kind and patient whenever any issues may arise.

SendSimply does it again! Since I have been working, I have not had time to send my eBay orders. They have saved me from getting bad reviews for late deliveries.
My fragile parcels were very carefully placed in their protective foam box for transport and sent on its way to its destination with no issues at all. Parcels arrived at their destination unscathed and my buyer was very happy with their order.

Above all it needs to be understood how polite and helpful the courier who helped me was, nothing was too much of an issue for them, my cargo arrived intact untampered and rather quickly given the distance. I personally feel that the professionalism both observed and displayed by the courier and the service in general goes above and beyond what is normally expected from such businesses.

Absolutely amazing experience through and through, man who helped me was really kind with my belongings and transported them incredibly quickly with no hassle.

Rudolph was so helpful and patient. He could not access the main door because I was not available and was patient enough to wait till I arrive. He also helped me drop my items at my door step. I am impressed at the service 👏

The delivery rider was friendly and very helpful in the town centre. They were a huge help in carrying my shopping home for me, especially since I have back problems and carrying stuff is difficult for me.

The courier service was convenient when I shopped in Colchester town and I could have my bags delivered home, friendly and capable staff!
