A disaster. Hair transplant in June 2024. Half of the operation was performed by an incompetent intern (left side of the skull): approximately 1 graft in 10 grew in the area, even though I followed all the protocol. After telling me for 6 months that everything was "normal," the clinic offered me an "additional" operation, and I never set foot there again.

Everything went well initially, first red flag was changing my treatment date late on then wanting full payment first thing before procedure even though I was told I could pay in instalments in the consultations leading up to the day.
Procedure seemed to go well, although you have no idea how many hair follicles removed/ replaced.
2 years have passed and although the post consultation stated everything was well, the crown area that I asked for to be targeted is very sparse and disappointed with the final outcome. I believe it could’ve been better with more focus but looking back it probably felt it was all rushed. Last consultation was on 11/06/24
I would therefore not recommend Seneca especially after seeing others that have gone elsewhere for similar treatment.

Perfect experience! I had the procedure done in January 2024 and now a bit more than a year ago I can look back to the best gift I ever have treated myself. The procedure was well performed with absolute professionalism by the entire team - from walking in the door being welcomed by service minded staff, to having hair shaved off and having the procedure done over 2 days. The facility was state of the art. The following up by Seneca with an online call every 3 months has been very valuable and I have a not at any point felt that they have let me go just because I have paid and they are on to next client. I am extremely satisfied with the result, which has exceeded my expectations. I travelled from Denmak to Athens to have the procedure done and I have even suggest American friends to travel from US to Greece just for this and I know they will be in safe hands and get the result desired. I highly recommend Seneca Medical.

I had a hair transplant with Seneca a week ago, and from the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands.

Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι ακόμη μετά την επέμβαση είναι δίπλα σου για ότι χρειαστείς το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, ο επαγγελματισμός, το φιλικό κλίμα και η προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια είναι μερικά από τα χαρακτηριστικά που το καθιστούν μονόδρομο στην επιλογή του.

Not had the best experience with the company formally known as DHI. In the beginning the communication was great from Charles as it should have been since I was paying £7000 pounds.

Had my transplant which I believe went well they planted 8 thousands hairs apparently and said we will see you back here in 12 months with a full dense head of hair.

A year later it looked more like 3 thousands and hairs and very sparse and patchy all over.

They promise a make up the percentage if falls below 90% and it was a bit of fight to get the that done. They were reluctant and offered a very small amount of growth replacements.

It's been almost 2 years since my second transplant and I am still sparse and patchy.

I wish they were as helpful with issues on shampoo and scalp treatments as they were when they were taking my 7k.

Feel very let down by this company and wish I would have spent this 7k elsewhere.

I chose Seneca because I had previously seen the results of known friends.. When I contacted Seneca, the professionalism of the medical staff and the very clean facilities won me over from the first moment! Everything went very well regarding the intervention procedures! I'm looking forward to the final result on my hair!!! Thank you very much Seneca!

Hello everyone, those interested in hair transplantation in Greece, the company with reliability, truth and quality at a unique price! it's... the seneca. My experience was wonderful with no pain and nice environment. I did it for the first time today and you can see my progress through the seneca company website and social media in Greek.

Let’s start from the amazing doctor who was super kind,super patient and in a single word simply lovely!.
The staff is amazing and will treat you the nicest way ever and very patiently which definitely made me feel confident to have the hair transplant process there. The clinic is spotless and very clean and even the lunch was in high quality and tasty. They have special method where the healing from the operation is basically painless.

From the consultation to the pre-op to that day. All the staff were great. Everything was explained well and I felt prepared for what to expect on the day. I was a little nervous about sitting still for so long but the time passed quickly and I even fell asleep for a chunk of the procedure. The Doctor who carried it out seemed pleased with how things went and from what I can tell so far so am I. I’m looking forward to seeing the results now over the coming months.

The entire team went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Dr Paraschakis was incredibly patient with me, making sure that I was happy with the design. The clinic is spotlessly clean and modern, which makes it a great place to get a hair restoration procedure done.

From my initial visit to Seneca my experience was amazing. The clinic is impeccable with emphasis in detail. The facilities are great, tasteful and very clean! The staff kind and always happy to answer any concerns you might have. The doctor very skilled and friendly explained every step of the procedure and made me feel safe. The procedure was almost painless, we were talking, listened to music, and watched Netflix. After the procedure i was given meds and post op instructions in a booklet. I was really stunned by the whole process and the professionalism and i strongly recommend if someone is considering performing Hair Transplant to visit Seneca.

Great place and excellent care from everyone! And in the end, neither did I feel any pain as I feared, nor did anything particularly difficult arise! And of course, very pleased with the result! I've already convinced many friends to visit!

Had my hair transplant procedure undertaken by the Glasgow team three weeks ago and cannot recommend them highly enough although very early days in terms of the results.

Whole experience from start to finish was excellent with the team making me very much at ease from the first online consultation through to leaving the clinic after the procedure. Had an online consultation initially and George explained everything involved in the procedure both in terms of the day and what was involved afterwards.

I then had a F2F consultation with Charles (and a doctor) who, again, explained everything as well as answering a few additional questions I had - again, made me very much at ease.

On the day of the procedure, Dr Elgmati, explained how the day would go as well as showing me exactly what would be done in terms of both the donor and recipient areas ensuring that I was fully aware of the procedure from start to finish. Nurses were extremely pleasant throughout the day and ensured I was at ease/comfortable at all times which was great as it is a long day. Post-procedure, full guidance was provided both verbally as well as written instructions ensuring I knew exactly what to do over the next two ‘critical’ weeks.

Apologies for the long review but, as stated, would thoroughly recommend Seneca and already starting to see some really positive result - long may it continue.

Due to my close friend Nikos Pagopoulos, who works for Seneca, I was introduced, encouraged, and guided in detail to undergo my second transplant at Seneca clinic. Today, two days after the procedure, I write this review with great enthusiasm and satisfaction. The doctor who attended to me, Mr. Gounaris, I must admit, is incredibly gentle in his movements, very meticulous, and extremely kind, with a smiling face and perfectionism in his work. Additionally, nurse Evangelia, who participated in the process, assisting the doctor and taking care of everything within the space (from nursing duties to the playlist we listened to), was very kind, smiling, and had a tremendous sense of humor. Overall, having prior experience two years ago in another clinic, I must confess that the difference, from the environment to the quality of the result, puts Seneca several levels ahead.

I am very happy with the result. Very friendly staff, accommodating. I would recommend it to everybody.
