Blazing fast hosting with great support
A really good hosting provider with blazing fast support. Price and quality is literally top-notch.
Everything runs smoothly, the servers are really stable, and the overall performance has exceeded my expectations.
The only downside used to be the traffic limits, which were quite strict, but after the latest update they became much better. Now, most users probably won’t even notice them, except maybe VPN service admins.
Overall, I recommend this provider!

You're right that the traffic limits have improved - and we'd like to add a bit of context on that. Following requirements to disclose the exact TB values behind our Fair Use Policy, we took the opportunity to restructure our plans with full transparency, so every customer knows exactly what they're getting. No fine print, no second guessing. As you mentioned, most users won't come close to the limits anyway - though if you're running something high-bandwidth like a VPN service, the published numbers should now make it easy to pick the right plan from the start.

Terrible service
Terrible service. The server was down for several weeks, no compensation, and they even came up with some penalties for late payments. These guys are literally charging money for air.

We'd like to clarify a few things, both for you and for anyone reading this.
We monitor our infrastructure around the clock and keep detailed uptime logs. We weren't able to find any service interruption on our end lasting "several weeks". Whenever downtime does occur due to our fault, we compensate clients at double the duration (at most times, it is ten times that) - that's a commitment we take seriously and consistently honor.
Regarding the fees - we understand this can be frustrating, and we want to be transparent about what they cover. When payment is missed, your service is suspended, but we continue holding your disk storage, IP addresses, and server capacity so that everything is right where you left it when you're ready to come back.
The data retention fee reflects the real cost of keeping those resources reserved for you, and technically is not a penalty if you are not planning on renewing the service, as the fee won't be charged unless you renew your service. The policy is outlined in our Terms of Service that are available to all clients.
We always work hard for every client to have a positive experience with us. If there's something specific we can look into on your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team - we're always happy to help and work things out.

However they dropped the ball with the onboarding process. I needed two VPSes, so I registered the first one in frankfurt, and it is still not active. They say they have a shortage in their datacenters, and I asked their support reps if they could nudge me to another datacenter with availabillity. They left me for 8 hours and then told me no. I ended up just registering for the second VPS in helsinki, and setting up there while waiting for Frankfurt to have space. This is a blunder, espescially for something that would take literally 30 seconds to solve.

According to our Terms of Service, virtual servers may be activated within up to three business days after payment. In most cases, provisioning is completed much faster - typically within about 120 seconds, all as advertised.
If capacity in a specific location is temporarily unavailable, customers can request an internal refund to their client area balance at any time, allowing the funds to be immediately used to order the same service in another available region. This is our standard process rather than manually relocating services between data centers.
We would also like to note that the affected DE-EP lineup was restocked within roughly one day, resolving the temporary shortage shortly after your order.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during onboarding and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.

Excellent hosting. Finally, we found one where the uptime of nodes is more than 99.9%. Germany is more than stable. The network provides a high-speed, multi-gigabit channel. Support responds very quickly, in about 5 minutes, which is encouraging. There were several incidents through no fault of our own, and the hosting service promptly resolved them and provided compensation for downtime. I can say one thing, our cooperation can be interrupted only on one condition: if our project falls apart)). I highly recommend using it

Time-tested hosting!
I've been renting servers from Senko for more than 3 years and for all these three years I've been satisfied with the quality of their work. Problems are very rare (last time when they happened was about a year and a half ago), but even if they do happen, Senko reacts quickly and solves them.

The only negative thing that I can point out is the lack of locations. Sometimes Finland is simply not enough for me.
