This is a totally unprofessional (don’t even want to say company, but) company. The add says buy1 get1 free, when complaining about the missing bottle I received a quick response about the fact of expensive shipping so they have a used 1 bigger bottle instead of what has been mentioned in the add of 2 bottles to keep shipping cost down, but kept the total quantity of the 2 bottles (so 2 separate bottles should have the same as 1 bottle) but where is mentioned what the amount of 1 bottle is. How much ml is one bottle? Where can you find this on there site - so this is a total SCAM.

And when confronting them with this, I hear nothing from there customer service (service 🤯)

Please share this with anyone - this shouldn’t happen to new customers!

I placed my first order for the bogo on March 1st. Contacted customer service after 10 days and didn’t get a response until 3 weeks later. I never received this first order before my subscription renewed. After it renewed I did receive the second order but still nothing about the original first order. Customer service is literally useless. I did eventually get a response about how they had an issue with their website and hundreds of customers orders were lost in a data migration. While this is unfortunate it is not justified in the slightest. After continuing to put pressure I did finally receive the first initial order I placed, but I only received 1 bottle never got the second one. I have since cancelled my subscription and will never be recommending this product to anyone. Biggest waste of my time and money. The customer service was atrocious and their lack of accountability or willingness to fix the issue is beyond me. I’ve worked in customer serving roles and can’t imagine treating people how this company treats their customers. Shameful and dishonest product!!!

Purchased on the buy 1 get 1 free promotion. Only received 1 bottle. Customer service do not respond. Have requested they cancel my subscription but have removed all payment methods from Shop to be safe. Seems very scammy. Should have read reviews on here first.

Total liars!! False advertising. No communication bar two replies. Only got 1 bottle. Ordered the offer, which was two. Shipping took FOREVER- another lie! Don’t waste your time or money! Buy from a reputable company with proper respect for customers. Jamie & Ana should be ashamed.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I’ve been using them for 4 weeks and they do not work at all. Do not waste your money!!!

Used the drops for 3 weeks. Only tan I’ve got is because of my tanning lotion I put on last night . Scam!! Also it notes that ingredients have not been checked by food&health authorities.

Poor customer service after misleading and false advertising.

Same as other reviews- only received one 60ml bottle when I was expecting two 60mls as advertised. Queried with customer service and they said it was to keep shipping costs down and be “eco conscious” then never heard back from them when I asked for a follow up.

Scam like everyone else said orders BOGOF and got one bottle almost a month after ordering and no reply to my emails!

ordered on the 31st March, received 21st April. However one positive is that I have been taking for 3 days and I am sure that my skin colour has changed slightly. Am I seeing things? maybe! looks as though the website has now been taken down and their posts deleted so must have been a scam so I am definitely imagining it

Scam - bought a BOGOF deal and only recieved 1, poor packaging - horrible consistency and no difference to tan whatsoever. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely disgusting company,had pretty much the same experience as everyone else. Bought the buy 1 get 1 free an only received one bottle after waiting for nearly a month. Don't respond to emails,basically just stealing your money

Ordered the 1st of April arrived on the 23rd no email response of people when trying to contact about tracking my parcel, only got sent one bottle would not recommend.

Do not buy!!! Payed for 1+1free with fast delivery. Items ordered 8th of March and 1 bottle received 16th of April after over 30 days !!! . Sent about 4 messages no concact from Senna. Today I have sent another message about 1 missing bottle and Alleluja received respond that they are using high capacity bottle to reduce costs. Problem is that bottle which ordered was 60ml so higher capacity should be 120ml but received still 60ml standard bottle, 2nd -free one was not sent by them . Avoid, avoid, avoid

DO NOT BUY - The absolute scam these people have done to everyone is vile, the emails you get back are a joke and just full of it. ‘We put two bottles in one’ do not make me laugh, false advertising and fraud without a second thought. Contact your bank and get your money back if you’ve already purchased.

And in case anyone from the company is reading these reviews. You may be smug now but you cannot do this to people with no repercussions, life doesn’t work like that, karma is real ☺️

This company is a scam. I placed an order and a subscription was put in a place. Not one email was sent to me with account information etc, money was taken out of my account. I ordered 1 bottle and 1 free so I was expecting 2 bottles of 60ml.
I did receive 1 bottle of 60ml and this was well over 2 weeks after I placed the order.
I tried to contact the company to advise they didn't send 2 bottles but after 8 attempts in total using the online form and emails no one would get back to me. There is no account set up so I couldn't cancel the subscription. I contacted my bank who refunded me temporarily until they looked into it. Then my subscription payment came out of my account so I contacted my bank again and cancelled my card and they refunded me until they look into it.
I have since contacted the company to try cancel subscription (9th time) and they replied with a link for my customer portal, I could then cancel my subscription. They said that they also put 2 bottles in 1 bottle to save on delivery. Which a load of lies as there was only 60ml in the 'sealed' bottle that was delivered.
Be very careful do not get sucked in! It will be an absolute pain to get sorted!

I ordered 1 bottle get 1 free,false advertisement!! I emailed them and they told me the two bottles were in one to save waist 😂what a load of lies,it lasted me 10 days going by the dosage on the bottle,never again will I buy from them and took 5 weeks to get it

Took ages to come, did not send BOGOF and do not respond to emails
