Debo rectificar en parte mi opinión previa. Creo que algo va mal con esa página o existe más de una página y alguna es falsa. Después de más de 2 meses y más de 30 comunicaciones me llegó un pedido que hice en septiembre.La calidad del producto es indiscutible. El problema es que si pides más de 150 euros se corre el riesgo de que vayan a parar a alguna página fantasma o de que sean ellos que pasan de ti. Yo por cansancio los aburrí y al final me enviaron el producto.

Despues de reclamar durante un mes, hoy me han respondido y me vuelven a realizar en envio del producto sin coste adicional. Esperemos que esta vez llegue.

Je confirme ne commander plus sur ce site il n est plus fiable ! Pourtant j avais l habitude depuis des années malheureusement c'est fini!

I have used this site in the past and been happy with the service but my latest order hasn't arrived and I have been unable to get them to respond to my many attempts to contact them. After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I fear this site might be deliberately scamming people. Happy to be proved wrong and to change this review should I finally get a response - and my order.

They don't answer the tickets. You are going to lose your money.

HE PEDIDO VARIAS VECES Y ME HA LLEGADO , EN SEPTIEMBRE PEDI POR ULTIMA VEZ Y NO ME HA LLEGADO NADA Y SE HAN QUEDADO CON MI DINERO . NO CONTESTAN A LAS RECLAMACIONES .

ESTAFADORES! Ni se os ocurra pedir nada en esta web, hice un pedido el 19 de septiembre y no me han enviado absolutamente nada, he escrito ya como 4 mensajes y no me contestan, 300 euros a la basura. Maxima difusión para que no estafen a nadie mas, menudos ladrones.

Ya no contestan se supone que el dia 5 enviaron y desde el dia 6 el pedido esta bloqueado. No hay forma de contactar con ellos. La empresa de paqueteria se lava las manos. Abres ticket y no te contestan le escribes al correo y no te contesta. 500 euro tirados a la basura. Hace no mucho funcionaba muy bien

Despues de 2 meses y varios tickets abiertos han reconocido el pago que hice en septiembre y me dicen que me envian el producto de nuevo, sinceramente ya lo daba por perdido , espero llegue bien.

20/11/2023: Pedido llego correctamente y para mi sorpresa es el de la calidad "buena", el actual que han sustituido por este que enviaban en septiembre no vale para nada, todos mis amigos lo han rechazado, de hecho no comprare mas mientras sea este de ahora porque es dinero tirado, pero por la parte del envio y tal todo bien, la web funciona y cumple, NO es estafa, gracias

Attention , commande payée et plus aucune nouvelle malgré plusieurs relances !!!!
Le statut de la commande reste en attente et non traitée …Vraiment déçu de ce site qui était pourtant sérieux auparavant .
J’ai perdu 142 euros et vous conseille d’éviter de faire la même erreur .

Dernière commande non traitée car soit disant virement effectué sur mauvais compte bancaire. Ce qui est totalement faux preuve à l'appui. Résultat : plus de son, plus d'image. Scammer à leur heures perdues.

I am extremely unhappy with this page. On September 7 I placed an order and to date I have not received any shipment or response to any of my messages. The lack of communication makes me doubt the reliability of this platform, and I feel like they have taken my money without any justification. I demand an immediate response and a solution to this situation.

São uma enganadores, estão enganando os clientes. Cuidado

Product delivered. Product completely off what it was supposed to be. Inactive chemicals at best harmful at worst.
I am sorry but this place should shut down!
