I ordered balance 2 tins last week... No confirmation email, no delivery but charged my card.... Emailed the company no response.. Not sure what's going on here..

The product gave me bad reflux. Its my fault for not reading the return policy. But I saw risk free 30 day return and pulled the trigger.
You cant return an open tin. How am I supposed to know I like it if I dont try it?

When I received the tea, the container was open and it spilled all over when I picked it up. I am too nervous to use what is left as I am unsure of its safety. It was an expensive tea and now my money is wasted. Very disappointing.

UPD: After leaving a review here, I was contacted by the founder almost immediately with an apology. The company has promptly resent me my order with a few extra samples. Thank you, I really appreciate the mistake was sorted. I love the idea of superfood powder that you can add to smoothies and porridge, however, they all have quite an overpowering flavour. I guess it's ok if you don't mind the flavour. Frankly, I didn't mind the one for joint health as it is not as strong, but the one for gut health is definitely not for me (sorry). I preferred to try to use the powder to make protein ball snacks instead - the company provides with nice and interesting recipes! In the future, would probably go with capsules rather than powder.

This is the first time I’ve used Sense delivery service & can’t fault it. Just as good as any other service I’ve used. With reference to the Sense Products itself, I really like them & my son now uses it too.

SENSE FOR GUT HEALTH CAPSULES

I suffer so badly with bloating and acid indigestion and was impressed with the ingredients in these capsules. They are packed full of a great range of natural products, including vitamins and minerals. Delivery was prompt and packaging intact. The plastic bottle is a neat design. The capsules appeared quite LARGE but they are easy to swallow. Dosage is one or two per day, with food. I take mine at breakfast. I have noticed some improvement with less bloating but think I perhaps need to increase to 2 per day but that then becomes a little expensive. If it helps though it will be worth the money.

I wanted to try these tablets after experiencing some bloating. These made me feel better and reduced my bloating. The tablets arrived quickly and looked great. The tablets were easy to swallow and didn’t lift on me. Highly recommended!

I purchased the gut health capsules from this company and they arrived promptly. They have good packaging and a good product, I think their brand could be a bit stronger though.

I purchased the gut health capsules as I get bloated regularly and needed something to try and help solve this. After a week I definitely noticed an improvement.
The packaging is also very nice and modern and the pill is in capsule form so really easy to swallow!

I have an existing condition where my stomach produces too much acid. This causes some bloating.
I have been taking these capsules for a week and have noticed an easing in my stomach condition, the bloating hasn't gone, but I feel more comfortable.
The capsules are bigger than I expected and some might find them hard to swallow, I took them with a glass of water and breakfast.

Enjoyed the taste but wouldn't say I felt any immediate effect on my health and wellbeing.

Tried the gut capsules and they had such a strong aroma that made me feel sick so I didn’t take them for long and therefore didn’t see any affect.

After purchasing and trying these two powders I had hoped that I would love the taste and that they would help me a bit more as I suffer joint pains had have less energy. Whilst I can add the powders to foods or drinks I did not enjoy the taste as I found they both gave me like an aftertaste in my mouth. I did however find a bit more energy. Unfortunately I did not get a lot of relief on my joint pains.

The tablets are easy to swallow with no bad taste, they are a perfect size for swallowing also. The packaging is appealing and simple. The service was also great.

After suffering painfully from malabsorption syndrome for over a year , as a direct result of oral chemotherapy and Radiotherapy..... I was absolutely blown away to be totally pain free after only TWO days of taking the Gut supplement , I also recommend it to a friend who has had chronic issues for many years and guess what ? Positive impact on her symptoms as a result
