I was very grateful for the excellent communication from Sensible Weather. We didn't need to make a claim. Would definitely do again.

Easy accurate communication and reimbursement

I loved having an option of buying the weather protection. It's hard to call the weather in the South the day before it happens, much less more than a couple weeks out. This insured that we could go to Lake Winnie or get our money back to go another time. Good job for offering it.

We had great weather while on vacation but it was great knowing if we didn’t we’d get a little money back to do something else

Clear and timely communication.

You reported on the likelihood of weather reimbursement each day and the reports were honest and simple to understand. I was very happy with the service and would use it again. Wish we had it on our disastrous trip to Puerto
Rico when it rained nearly all the time.

Everything was clear and easy to understand. Updates were timely but not annoying in their frequency. Felt like they were on it but not driving me crazy about it.

I am not the type to ever write bad reviews… we wanted coverage before the weekend being that it was going to be a hot one. Went ahead on their website and looked through their coverage information. Clearly it states that it covers rain and excessive heat etc.
the weather met the requirements for coverage, and instead of honoring the agreement they doubled down and continued to let me know that I wasn't covered for heat, just rain (website doesn’t separate coverage it covers all) and informed me that if I wanted heat coverage I was supposed to reach out to have it changed manually through them for heat coverage, keep in mind no where else in their website does it make that distinction or clarification or specifics on what steps must be taken to get a different option for coverage nor does it provide a separate link or page for other options. I provided screen shots of proof that what they’re saying to me through email is incorrect and contradicts what their own website states. I have asked for them to show me where it states that I have to call them to change for heat but they have not responded.. do not work with these people.

Pretty much a scam. It would have to be a tropical storm to qualify for their weather protection payout. I was dumb enough to give them money. Even when the whole day is rainy, it likely won't meet their thresholds. It would be interesting to see in general how many days per year meet the threshold, maybe a few would be my guess.

Easy to set up and I was given multiple checks throughout the day. Luckily I did not need it but Sensible Weather was a good investment
