AVOID: Do not order from this comapany. No goods received and unable to contact them

I will not recommend Sensory toy…

I will not recommend Sensory toy warehouse . They have poor communication as a company.
I purchased a couple of items and paid for next day delivery since 21/03/2026. Till date (05/04/2026) I haven't received my order or a refund and all attempts to get to Sensory toy warehouse via phone call, email and website has proved abortive as they have literally ignored me and I have asked for them to refund me now since I can't get my order nor speak with a representative, still no words from them.

Great sensory toys for a good price!

Great sensory equipment & service

I order items on a very regular basis, they are great quality for both children and adults. I run a sensory room and work with children and adults with additional needs and disabilities, the resources I have brought have been engaging for many, I would highly recommend buying from STW, many of my customers have. I can also say if on the odd occasion I have had an issue, I have emailed them and either they have given me instructions or replaced the item immediately, many companies fail but they don't. I only have positive comments and experiences.

Fantastic customer service dealing with a faulty item

Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with a B stock infinity mirror and it unfortunately being broken cosmetically but also functionally. This was a big disappointment as it was a Christmas present and we didn't realise until Christmas Eve that it did not work. However, the level of service dealing with our situation was fantastic. They did an investigation and after looking at the photos we sent they were extremely apologetic and rectified the situation by sending out a replacement mirror, no questions asked. The mirror they sent has been fantastic and our daughter loves it. This mirror is a fraction of the price of others we have seen, great value!

Outstanding company!

We had an issue with the item we ordered and they sorted it out with no fuss. Fantastic customer service and thrilled with the product for my son's new sensory room! Cheapest price too! 5 stars!

I ordered on 20th December and paid…

I ordered on 20th December and paid extra for next day delivery. It is now 3rd January and I have still not received it.
Edit: 5th of January I received a full refund and a voucher to spend on their site. Product has still not arrived though. Increase of stars from 1 to 3 to reflect customer service trying to make things right. If product arrives soon I will increase to 4 stars.

Really great experience

I was nervous to place an order after seeing the reviews but honestly this was such a positive experience. Everything arrived and was great quality. Customer support were responsive on the phone and over email when I needed to make a change to my order. I also sent one item back as it wasnt quite right and was refunded. Will definitley shop again!

I made a purchase of an expensive item…

I made a purchase of an expensive item on the 1st December and I was concerned with some of the negative comments on here. I was on the chat before ordering as this was a xmas present I was worried it wouldn't get here on time. I was assured it would be and it was delivered within 7 days so I had no reason to worry. I have nothing negative to say about Sensorywarehouse and it went smoothly. Not been able to see the product as its a Xmas present and wont be opened until Xmas day, but a very good experience for me.

Christmas gift fail

This company used to be brilliant, and so useful for getting presents for my disabled Daughter. I found a lovely light up blanket for her Christmas present this year. I ordered it early November. It never arrived ed, and the company are not responding to my communications

Unfortunately, an automated system update mistakenly marked the order as completed, which triggered the review request even though the item hasn’t been dispatched yet. We apologise for that error.

As soon as the product is back in stock, your order will be sent out immediately.

They own me over £1000 for order that never arrived

I made an order for our not for profit buisness so that we could provide a sensory space for dysregulated children. The order never arrived. The company have ignored around 15-20 attempts at communication. The only 2 times they did respond they told me that they had used two different chipping companies. They tell me that they are following it up but they have stopped answering my emails.

I posted a review here on 5th September…

I posted a review here on 5th September although it seems to have been removed.
I complained about the extremely poor customer service concerning an order I placed on 22nd August that had never been received.
A refund was requested which I have still not received despite numerous emails chasing them .
The only emails I have re received ask for same information order number and address which I have given. I have also left telephone messages either done third party but still nothing.
They have been absolutely useless and I have now started a complaint either my credit card company in the hood I can get my money back.
