Sentdream.com or FROSTALSHOP on my cc statement.
SCAM!!! Ordered a keychain from this company. The amount charged to my cc was £7 more than my order receipt!
They sent me tracking updates regularly, but as soon as it entered the UK (6 weeks after ordering) tracking details stopped (plus tracking details say arrived in London, but gave a postcode for Aberdeen!).
I repeatedly emailed asking for the name of their courier company, they would not tell me, just said "we are urging the courier to update their tracking details".
Refused my request for a refund.
Ordered on 21 February 2026, it is now 12 May 2026 - still not received.
Luckily my credit card company have refunded me.

Never got what i ordered. And the dont wan to retun my money.

Deres vare kommer fra Kina , og det tager flere mdr. at nå frem , mine vare passede ikke efter deres måleskema , jeg havde købt for 400kr, de til byder så , at sende 14kr retur , efter flere mdr, skriveri , sender de en adresse i Kina , som jeg skal sende varen retur , som koster 300kr, jeg tager billeder af alt kvittering osv, for en sikkerheds skyld, og rigtig nok , beder de efter lang tid og billeder af post kvittering , hvilke jeg sender , og der efter rykker jeg igen og igen , men har aldrig fået en krone retur. Så køb ikke noget hos dette firma , fup

I have ordered for produkt for 450 kr and i August and now it is en of september and has not yet received my produkt. Not a good place to shop.

The bras are cheaply made and don't fit right. If I have the straps adjusted to fit comfortably on my shoulders, my boobs fall out of the bottom. If I change it so my girls don't fall out the bottom, I have them falling out the top. Not what I thought I was ordering. This is the first poor thing I ordered from an ad on FB. I didn't even try to do a return since my tracking info said they were in Poland at one point. I will donate the two I still have in the package to a women's shelter. I usually check reviews before ordering, but I ordered these late at night and was not thinking right

Bluff, fejkföretag. Dom skickar billiga kopior och inget går att returnera, dom ljuger på sin hemsida. Beställ ingenting härifrån.

The internet/FB ads by SENTDREAM for any of these variations of bras i.e. "Buy 1 Get 3 Packs🔥Women's Ribbed Adjustable Wireless Bra" is bull crap. First, you don't get 3 Packs; you get 3 disgusting excuses for a bra. You do not get what you ordered. The ones I got were at least 2 sizes too big and of course my boobs fell out the bottom! Oh and the package was mailed from Chicago, Illinois USA but the tracking was in SPAIN for over 3 weeks!! And here is the real kicker - this is what it says on the bras ads everywhere! Returns>> Fast Refund, Money-Back Guarantee. You cannot return these as it would cost $25-30 as they told me (I paid in total $35). And they give you an address in CHINA! to send them. They offered me $4.00 instead of returning them!!!! Some people they offer $7.00...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...BEWARE.

I wish I had found these reviews earlier! As I can see I’m not alone who was cheated. The product quality is awful! Doesn’t correspond stated at the website! And surely doesn’t worth 24 EUR. Their promises: 100% refund and return- is bull-sheet! After several emails they’ve agreed to compensate maximum 6$!!! After I have insisted on refund and return they gave me China address to return and I should pay this return by myself!!! It’s about 30 EUR!!! In a word: ignore this scam! You will be 1000000% disappointed, and you’ll pay for nothing, for useless and poor quality product!

Unfortunately this ad is fake, I ordered it but what I got was a useless, badly tailored product and my complaint was not accepted, they said they were sorry if I was not satisfied..
they offered me $2 as compensation, which is ridiculous for the price I paid! They have totally incompetent customer service, they just rip people off!

Scam. Never got the products then they asked for more money.

Products are definitely not as advertised. I ordered bras using the size guide they offer on their website. Products arrived (took 1 month) and were of such poor quality. I emailed and asked to Return/Refund the products but was offered $4US (I paid $25)

Firstly, the product was absolutely useless. I ordered bras using their size guide. The band was a minimum of 3-4 times larger than what it stated and the cups were totally flat. Not at all appropriate for a large bust. They clain to offer a refund for return however it was not offered to me citing cost as a reason. They offered a refund of USD$7. When I said that was not acceptable, they stated that they could raise the offer to USA$4 (not a typo). Although I made a proposal that I believed was fair and would not eat into their cost, they totally ignored it and offered USA$6 and stated it was as high as they could go. They boast a A+ rating on BBB however I cannot find a listing for them on BBB in Canada or USA. BUYER BEWARE.

Please, do not order! They are scammers! They send you fake products from China but act if it is coming from the USA. And they send you too few products.

Elendig og useriøs nettbutikk. Bestilte og betalte 1 kjole, totalsum ca 400 kroner pga frakt og litt andre småtillegg. Fikk mail med at jeg skulle få 30% om jeg bestilte 1 til, så jeg slo til og bestilte en ny kjole som var med 30% rabatt. Når jeg så sjekker bankutskriften min, har de fakturert 1 krone mindre totalt. Ved klage svarer de ikke på mail, skriver ingenting men sender bare en merkelig oversikt etc. De ga med noe rabatt på kjolen men økte prisene på alt annet så totalen ble lik og svarer bare unnvikende og useriøst og nekter å gjøre noe med det. De mener de har gitt meg rabatt. Uprofesjonelle, useriøse og rådet er: Hold dere unna! Skulle helst gitt -100 stjerner.

If there were an option to select ZERO STARS, I would. I ordered the ai translation earbuds late November 2024 for Christmas. It is now end of January 2025 and I have YET to receive them. I was scammed on Instagram. I've emailed customer service. They've sent me TWO different tracking numbers that come up on Track17 and show the item can't be found. Back and forth emails with customer service with no resolution. No refund. NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is a joke.
