SEO PowerSuite Reviews 

I’ve used SEO PowerSuite as part of my professional toolkit, so this feedback is based on real-world use rather than a one-off purchase.

My issue relates to the subscription and renewal process rather than the software itself. The product auto-renews via a third-party provider (2Checkout), and while a reminder email was sent, there was no clear or direct way to cancel within that communication. Managing the subscription requires access to an external system, and this was not a straightforward or well-signposted process.

When the renewal was processed, I contacted support immediately to request a refund. Despite the circumstances, the response was a strict reference to their “no refunds” policy, with no flexibility or consideration given. The only alternative offered was to pause the licence, which doesn’t resolve the issue.

As someone who works in web and digital services, I would expect a clearer, more user-friendly approach to subscription management — particularly around renewals and cancellations. A simple, accessible cancellation process and a more reasonable stance on immediate post-renewal requests would significantly improve the customer experience.

The software itself has its place, but the billing and subscription model feels outdated and unnecessarily rigid.

Was suddenly charged after receiving an email a month ago saying that it will expire. I requested refund within hours and they refuse to refund.

Typical canned response that didn't read my review. "I received an email that stated the license WILL expire". How about sending an email stating it will renew instead of making it seem like I don't have to do anything and then not allowing refunds even when requested within an hour of charging? How about standing by your products where you honor refunds because your products speak for themselves and there aren't many refunds.

I strongly advise against using SEO PowerSuite due to their unethical auto-renewal practices and refusal to provide refunds, even when evidence shows the subscription was canceled.

Despite canceling through PayPal, their system reactivated the payment without my consent. When I contacted customer support, I was met with generic, scripted responses instead of real assistance. Even after providing screenshots proving the subscription did not exist on my PayPal account, they refused to acknowledge the issue or issue a refund.

A good company values its customers, but SEO PowerSuite seems more interested in trapping users in auto-renewals and avoiding accountability. This is not an isolated case—many others have faced similar issues, as seen in numerous reviews. If you're considering this service, be aware that you might be charged without warning and denied a refund even if you haven't used the product.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to deal with frustrating, non-existent customer support and unfair billing practices.

Software is can be useful though a bit convoluted and can be slow and therefore unproductive if your using it on a PC (unlike some other similar cloud based apps). My issue is that they took payment for subscription I contacted them on the same day for refund they refused so I am stuck(one year) with software I do not use. The no refund policy is bad in some circumstances and their supports response when asking for a refund is as if you are some criminal trying to scam them! We are loyal customers without any complaint until this time. It is very frustrating to have your hard earned money taken and they refuse to refund according to their 'policy'
Their promotional material has a lot friendly smiling people (which you would expect) but your not getting your money back once they have taken it. Even if the request come 2minutes after they have taken it. That is when all the friendliness stops as well as responding to your email messages.

Thank you, SEO Power Suite. I have used these applications for a few years now and find them very helpful for a beginner, as they are not too complicated and overwhelming, yet powerful enough to do a fantastic job. Whenever I need help I always appreciate the swift help that I receive.

Not the best software imo. Also, do not even bother asking for support..

In 2019 I bought a two year subscription on SEO Powersuite / Link Assistant subscription for my company. I never reaaly used the product and almost forgot about it.

Now, two years later, I suddenly receive an order confirmation on a subscription renewal, which I didn't approve and which came as a big surprise to me, as I did not receive any information on this at the time of the original order or in the order conformation and welcome e-mail. In fact this e-mail contains nothing about terms at all, even though auto renewal, to the customer, ought to be an important detail.

Because of this I have contacted SEO Powersuite ( Link Assistant customer support to have this solved.

Now two years later the SEO Powersuite state that these terms were displayed at the time of check out, which to me sounds a bit to easy to say as thsi can't be verified.

They have also just informed me that 7 days prior to the rescent order confirmation and renewal, I should have received a renewal notice by e-mail, with the option of turning renewal down. That e-mail from SEO Powersuite / Link Assistant didn't reach me though, very strange as everuthing else has reached me, hmmmm. Just as strange,SeoPowersuite / Link Assistant do not request a read receipt on such important e-mails ;-)

What's even more strange, is that these 7 days makes all the difference in that it's now suddenly completely impossible to prevent a Seo PowerSuite / Link Assistant renewal at 324.00 $. Even after having e-mailed back and forth several times with Seo PowerSuite / Link Assistant Staff for two days they have not offered me a refund for the money I feel SeoPowerSuite / Link Assistant have taken from account without my acceptance. I regard this as a very bad example of poor ethics.

Therefore I cannot reccomend SEO PowerSuite or Linkassistant to anyone.
