Awful customer service, charge for Cloud service even though cancelled within 1st month as required.
The response time from camera recognising movement and phone notification is awful ( up to 30 secs).

Awful cameras that keep going offline, terrible customer service, the worst app I've ever used, I pay for this "service" yet my videos are still being held hostage, absolute scammers! I DO NOT recommend!

Was great (5*) but recent updates have now restricted access to alert videos older than 2 days (despite me having a large SD card, without paying for a subscription. What next? No access to anything without paying?

Camera lasted a few weeks absolute rubbish

I had a problem with my Septekon 806 rtd camera that has been brilliant for 15 months.
I wrote to their customer services and received an instant response(under 5 minutes) the problem persisted but they kept replying so quickly. After a few pitfalls they found the problem and in under 2 hours the issue was resolved. I am amazed. So quick. So patient. So helpful.
If you need a great good value security camera with excellent customer service this is the one to buy.

Being well pleased with Septekons b40 camera I ordered a second one. There was a slight problem with the order so I contacted their customer service within hours l had a reply,the problem was sorted and I received the camera the next day. Well done Septekon and thanks to Miya in customer service dept. Would recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT BUY! They will NOT connect no matter what you do, they are horrible, have short wires for wireless, making it impossible to use them. NO customer service, just the same person sending emails and giving excuses. They always claim its not their product that's the issue.

Septekon security cameras are highly recommended due to their exceptional effectiveness and outstanding customer support; their responsiveness and dedication to resolving issues are exemplary.
You will not be disappointed!

It's terrible. My first camera broke. Sent another.. It doesn't work.. It is not possible to scan the code. I want to return... But no one answers. Disgusting service.. I need a label

I’ve had Septekon for three years I have had two sets of there cameras thinking
Maybe the next ones were updated or whatever, nope. they’re always offline 80% of the time, detects absolutely nothing but when someone is actually in its view breaking into your car it doesn’t detect it. No customer service. The picture is very good(both day and night) but not what you would want as security because it does the opposite of what cameras are supposed to do. Do not recommend buying anything from them even though it’s cheap. You get what you pay for I guess…

The cameras are regularly offline. Takes forever to send an alert to your phone. Sometimes never sends an alert.the alerts come if there are bugs or the wind is blowing hard but when someone is actually outside not very good at sending the alerts that matter. Makes me feel safe. Not. The camera has a good picture.

We have purchased two cameras from this company both have had ongoing issues with going offline on a regular basis and it’s a nitemare trying to sort out anything with their customer support team but they still take your monthly subscription which you must join to save any footage into their cloud not worth thinking about it people use another reliable company

I have two Septekon cameras! Bought on Amazon almost 2 years ago.This cameras has wide angles lens, you can really see big areas around your property but quality of footage in distance is very poor after 20 meters in daylight and 5 meters in night vision. This camera app is not compatible with older android phones or iPhones. Is working only when you subscribe to Septekon cloud storage where you can play back footage. Otherwise you can only live stream or will sent you 30 seconds video alerts. Cameras have ONVIF but not compatible with most NVRs or DVRs. Really disappointed
