First of all, my order took nearly a month to arrive. I ordered them to wear for vacation but they came a week AFTER I returned. Secondly, despite following application instructions to the letter, the first nail fell off 14 hours after application. The second one fell off 6 hours later. I reached out to the company asking if I could return them even though I had opened all of the packages to look at them to decide what color to try first. I got no response. I thought I saw somewhere they had a 90 day satisfaction guarantee, but when I went back to their website to look into it, I couldn't find it. I do NOT recommend this company. I think it speaks volumes that they don't allow customers to review their products on their website. If they do, I couldn't find where to leave a review.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks and have had neither any attempt at delivery of a product nor the requester refund. Terrible customer service. 😡 do not use this company!!

Do not waste your time and money with this product/company. The product arrived much later than their claim 5 - 9 business days. The free UV lamp DOES NOT WORK! I reported this to customers service and the response said to provide a video showing the defective lamp NOT working. I did provide a video 2 weeks ago with no response. I still have the nail wraps and no working lamp. I guess they'll go in the trash, and I am out the money I spent. Very disappointing! There are many other reputable companies out there that stand by their claims.

These nails are simply gorgeous, everyone thinks I had them done in a salon, plus the colours are so pretty, my fave is glazed rose.

Totally forgot I had a work event until the night before. Slapped these on, cured them in a few minutes, and boom, instant confidence. Way better than rushing to a salon or going with chipped polish.

The shades are gorgeous, no doubt. Mine started lifting around the 10-day mark though. Still better than regular polish, just not quite the three weeks I hoped for.

I liked the look once they were on, but the first time was harder than I thought. Took me a couple of tries to get it right. Still love how shiny they look though!

Honestly, they look really nice and feel sturdy. I just wish there were more colors to pick from — especially more bold options. Would still buy again though!

I really liked the strips once they arrived, but the shipping was a bit longer than expected. Not a huge deal, just made me a little impatient. Will probably order again though.

There’s something so satisfying about curing them and feeling them harden. Like instant gratification but make it cute.

I sweat like crazy at yoga and my regular polish always lifts. Tried these and...nothing! still shiny, still stuck down. miracle.

I loved how easy they were to put on once I got the hang of it, but my first set didn’t last as long as promised. Still looked better than anything I could do with regular polish.

The finish is super glossy and pretty. On me, they stayed perfect for about 9 days before starting to lift. Maybe I need to prep my nails better next time.

I would not recommend this brand I made an order that I never received ..I am in the process of making a dispute with my bank

If I could give these a zero I would. I blame myself for not reading reviews prior to purchasing. The product arrived quickly but like others mentioned, you need to open every black plastic package in order to see what color is inside. They are very sticky, flimsy, difficult to apply and once you get it on your nail, it curls upward. Also, they don't cure. Believe me, I was patient. Very difficult to clip or shape due to this issue. I gave up, pulled off the 3 nails I attempted and then kicked my own butt for not researching this product better. Waste of money

Terrible customer service whatever you do, do not order from Sarafene. My
order took one month to be delivered. Received it today and it’s crap, terribly boxed, flimsy heater, boxes bent. When I
asked customer service how they will
compensate me for my inconvenience they said they will not do anything.
So do yourself a favor, order these nail items from another company they are a dime a dozen these days. Do not order from Sarafene whatever you do.

Placed order on 1/27/25. Received email that stated my package landed in the US on 2/2/25. Then I received another on 2/4/25 that my package was in my city. A week goes by and no update. When I track it on the website it claims shipping information received on 2/1/25 and gives what they claim is a USPS tracking number, but it is invalid. Now tracking states shipment in transit to next facility on 2/11 at 6:11pm. It is only 2:03pm on 2/11 in the US. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money or your time. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company for a refund.

Ordered from Serafene as usual brand (Maniko) no longer available in UK.

They come in the same packaging whatever colour you order so you have to open the sealed packs to find out the colour.

They went on well and looked good but within 3 days all , bar 2, of my nails were chipped. I have never had this issue with other brands.

Disappointing and I will not be buying this brand again.

Ordered the starter kit and a removal pen. The removal pen was not in the package and the starter kit contained three sets of the same color. (Not what I ordered). The nails were terrible. They did not cure,.. they stayed soft. They were maybe a step above old school press on Nails. I contacted customer service to try and get the colors that I actually ordered in exchange for the ones I did not. I figured I might as well get what I paid for notwithstanding the quality. They refused to do that saying I should just order the colors that I had previously ordered and spend another $40. They said they were obligated to give me three sets of nails and they did that…doesn’t matter that they sent the wrong color. The removal pen isn’t even necessary because you could peel the nails right off. It’s like having a sticker on your fingernail. What a waste of $60.

I've been using this product for approximately 4 months, now I have a nail fungal infection due to moisture between the nail bed & the plastic wrap.
It will take months of treatment for them to recover.
Do not use this product!!!
