ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - DON'T PURCHASE THE 'FOOT MASSAGER' FROM THIS COMPANY.
I paid £37.00, unfortunately not checking the reviews on this site. FB advertise and their reviews looked good, but beware, you can see the same item on Ebay for less than £10. It arrived in a small box, the mat is no thicker than a computer mouse mat and is just utter rubbish. It did not work and I notified them immediately asking for my money back. Received one email with a return address in the USA!! I emailed back asking for a free return label as I had no intention of paying excessive postage. I have emailed them three times but as previous reviews - no response. I have no intention of wasting any more time trying to get my money back. So...a hard lesson learned. I will not purchase anything through these sites in the future.

This item has been advertised several times for varying prices the lowest being £3.50 It is faulty Didn’t charge properly from beginning worked intermittently for about a week and then so weekly it’s not worth taking your socks off. After reading all the other reviews I’m not wasting more time and energy trying to recover my money Hopefully Facebook will remove these adds as they are a possible Scam .

This is a total scam company and it irks me that absolutely nothing can be done about these companies that play with and take advantage of people's health. The foot massage mat arrived and does not work - no vibration!! These companies should be held to account but how?? Their customer service is non-existent it seems. I have written three times to no avail. Please be advised to stay clear of this company.

This company is a scam. They sold me a foot assuaged for €44 ( €3,50 at Ali express I saw later). It cam, only to give me electric shocks which can’t be good for you. Send it back, paid €19 shipment costs and one month later nothing yet. After a few typical scammers emails now absolute silence. This is really why dropshippers get a bad name. In the end it’s best to buy from a big company like Amazon as you can trust them. It’s a pitty that people like sere noir ruin the chance to make some money for other small companies.

I stupidly purchased this from FB ad without checking here first. Product received today after 15 days does not work. The ad in FB had healthy feet at top and was only after I paid email came back from SereNoir. Have emailed several times asking for their customer service telephone number and address and no reply. Please please do not waste your money

Received mine after waiting forever just to have a box full of junk. Nothing worked. Can't get a message to who ever for information or return. People don't do it. SCAM

The massager did work for me! My footaches that I have had for at least 10 years did decrease considerably. Unfortunately after about a month it stopped working and before that, one of the connecting studs was loose(though it still worked). Despite several messages through their website I have had no response from them. 21st November: after several emails, still no further response from them. 30th December: Heard nothing more from them. So though the massager did work for me it worked only for one month and then died.

I have ordered the product on October 7th and paid Rs. 3500/-BUT the PRODUCT HAS not BEEN DELIVERED…
No communication is sent... No reply to my query...
Seems to be fake. Don't be CHEATED.…

Complete and utter rubbish. Arrived badly packaged and it just didn’t work. A remote that didn’t work either. Don’t waste your money and don’t believe their own reviews. Have tried twice to make contact with them to ask for a refund or a returns label at their expense. Unsurprisingly, no reply to either. A complete Scam!

Advice given to my wife to beware of ordering from adverts on Facebook

I unwittingly ordered from this company, but later in the day after seeing these and other reviews, I cancelled the order by emailing the company.
I promptly received an email reply. My order was immediately cancelled and my money was refunded within 48 hours of the cancellation.

Bought the foot massager from this company, the remote control did not work from the beginning and the base stopped working after one time. I´ve sent 6-emails to them but no contact from their side. Also the product was extremely overpriced, do not buy from this company.

I have tried to contact them as item not arrived. They have been no help, their email says - “….. Please note that whatever you see on the tracking page is what we see and once the package is shipped it is under the shipping companies hand and we have no control/communication with them regarding your package. “
Not helpful at all, and how can they have no contact with their shipping agents???
Update: they now aren’t answering any contact email or contact via their website. Still no sign of the scales I ordered 25/8/23, still no change on the tracking info, allegedly the item has been in London ready to deliver for weeks now. This must be a scam company in China (where goods were shipped from) using a Chinese delivery company ( you can’t liaise with as everything in Chinese). Really, do not use them or order from them. I see them using a different name on Facebook but when you go to order and see Serenoir, It’s the same company.

Order no.11251 received after 15 days and in a bad condition. It worked for 10minutes and is not working. Where do I send it back. Need address to return it and get a replacement

Trying to get return details for foot massager. Emailed 5 times with no response. Also they do not provide contact telephone number. Do not purchase from this company

Tried cancelling within 24 hours no response from them.
Item has turned up package damaged,have sent an email to return, lets see if i get a response.

Purchased an EMS foot massager from
SereNoir which stopped working after 2 weeks. I have emailed SereNoir 3 times and have received NO RESPONSE.

Not happy regarding it's performance.
Emailed the company three times so as to gain a refund under the 30 days return policy, as yet no response.
