I have been taking the Serenova Balance and Boost shakes for over 3 weeks and noticed l have more energy and sleeping so much better. I have my one shake either with added water and blended or mix with 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt in a bowl. My favourite is chocolate but coffee and vanilla are lovely too. It’s so easy having a shake instead of a load of tablets.

I was sceptical at first as I've tried other brands in the past with no effect but since taking these, I have noticed a marked decrease in my background anxiety, have fewer mood swings and generally feel better. I'd recommend using a hand blender rather than mixing or shaking as you get a light and more consistent texture. I'll definitely be ordering more.

I have been taking different supplements for a few years now, but not really understanding what is right for me to take for a 49 year old woman, so when I was asked to trial this product I jumped at the chance. I find the shakes are better if you blend them but it is so much easier having a shake a day rather than the pot of supplements I used to take. I also feel this has made more of an impact than all the of separate ones I used to take. I am definitely having less "power surges" at night and feel calmer in myself. Really pleased with the results so far.
