I've had an overall solid experience with Serpzilla. I used their halloween offer and it was not a scam, they did top my account for the $100 they promised. The guest posting services are as described. I havent't tried buying rental links with them yet because the filtering looks complicated and I need to get the hang of it first.
I guess they have it somewhere, that it can take 15 days to refund (via Paypal). It was approved for refund 17 days ago, and they've yet to refund a meager $35. This site is not run by professionals.
I registered as a company, but after receiving correspondence from Russian systems, I canceled the service.
Problems:
The privacy policy indicates the company as the DPO, but this company denies cooperation.
They assure that the data remains in the EU, but redirect to Russian systems.
They cooperate with entities in Russia without clearly informing European users.
I do not recommend using their services because it is unclear where your data may be transferred!
Honestly, Serpzilla makes link building much easier. Tons of sites, fast orders, and the prices are way better than most platforms I tried. The UI can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly. So far, happy with the results.

Charged me money and then claimed I owed more because their system messed up. Wouldn't refund the money when I declined without service rendered.
This service has multiple problems: one of them is there in payment area they are saying they use EU banks, yet initially charge is USD and their conversion rate is almost as bad as PayPals. So, all customers are wasting a lot of money simply on this (while Serpzilla is making on conversion). I guess theis primary business is finance, nop SEO.
The other thing, which was already mentioned in one of the reviews: their customer support is very slow, if available at all.

When you top up your balance via PayPal, several fees are involved before funds reach us. For example, let’s say you want to top up $100:
PayPal first converts your local currency to USD using their own exchange rate (which is typically higher than the ECB or market rate).
On top of that, PayPal charges around 4.4% + a fixed fee on the total amount.
After PayPal fees, we receive a smaller amount in EUR.
We then convert this amount into USD using a rate very close to the official ECB rate (for example: 1.1434 vs ECB’s 1.14 — only ~0.3% difference).
In short:
The main loss for customers usually happens on PayPal’s side (their rate + commission), not on Serpzilla’s. We do not apply any hidden margins on currency conversion — our goal is to keep this part as close to market rates as possible.
We completely understand this can still feel costly due to payment system fees, and we are actively working to expand more cost-efficient payment options for our customers.
Regarding support — we hear you and are continuously improving our response times as we scale.

Недавно биржу сейп перевели на серпзила. Вебмастеры нерезиденты РФ, поздравляю. Теперь вы или не сможете выводить свои деньги, или будете выводить их с огромными процентами!
Получается, что для вывода на счет капиталист я им оставляю 5% своих заработанных, а дальше для вывода со счета капиталист на мастеркарту еще 4.75 % + 2 USD. То есть вебмастер уже не зарабатывает, а просто содержит какого-то дядьку. Бегите!

Для поддержания этого метода и своевременных выплат (пополнение системы) мы накладываем 5% комиссии, которая частично покрывает наши затраты. I have been working with Serpzilla about 5 months. What i really like is support. I had a clear demo guidance from an account manager. I tried rental and guestposts, when i got relevant guestposts, i focused on them. Account manager also helped me with my launch strategy. All wannabe SEO's offered me same garbage websites, these guys gave me top and reliable stuff. My experience - US, Netherlands and Latin countries websites. I also liked their filter that saved my time. I just set all needed metrics and boom, here we are - a list with awesome websites. I got an answer from a support team very soon. I remember that i had a issue with one guestpost publication and waited for a few days. Support guy found me several alternatives and solved my issue. I like how support handled my concern. I really admire their data of websites and support guys.
Poor quality links and even worse customer support. Go with someone reputable.
