A pity I even have to give this joke of a company 1 star . I drove from Dublin to Portlaoise today to meet up with a member of their team for a measuring . I rang in advance of leaving Dublin to confirm that the appointment was still confirmed. I waited for an hour after my appointment time in poortlaoise but she never showed up. . I rang the company approximately 6 times during this hour . I could get through to the receptionists who were trying to phone her , but no further . I asked to speak to Nicola , but was told she was already informed and was busy in a meeting . 3 hours driving for a no show , no communication, no apology , no explanation, no follow ups . Wouldn’t go near this company and after reading the reviews , I think I made a lucky escape .

A big fat zero Actually !!! Terrible product ! Definitely a waste of my money and definitely no soft skin . I used the product three times approximately a little over 2 weeks apart . First and second usage my face was slightly red absolutely no positive effects on my skins . Third usage was horrible . I woke up in the morning with redness and swelling on the right side of my face . Some wrinkles were wider and swollen ! I am 72 and have fairly good skin for my age and have never broken out on my face from a product . My skin is not at all sensitive . Whatever is in this is definitely something I refuse to put on my face ever again . Beware of purchasing ! I cannot recommend . I believe this is a scam !

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an order on the 9th of November, it is now the 21st and I have yet to receive my order which I paid alot for as well as alot for shipping. If you really need a medical compression garment in a hurry do not rely on this company. Disgraceful

I've used this company for three years now purchasing medical grade compression socks. Everytime I've purchased I've had a great experience. Any questions I've had in regards to their products and delivery have been dealt with immediately. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for the years of service.
