Our experience with the staff at Servcorp River Point Chicago has been excellent. The environment is friendly and professional. Client's of Lake Street are impressed with the space, specifically the warm welcome and the incredible city views. During our move in, we made multiple urgent requests such as phone numbers being transferred, technology setup, TV hanging, etc. Ali, Teagan, and Nicole made sure there were no interruptions in the ability to run our business immediately. Service requests are met in a timely manner. The Staff couldn't be more accommodating to Lake Street's employees and more importantly, our clients. A+

Brittany, at the Ave of Americas location went above and beyond the call of duty. After a stressful project, with unexpected deadlines, she went out of her way to make sure our company was successful. I cannot speak highly enough about the efficiency, organization, and communication that was put forth in order to complete our project. If I could give more than a five star review, I would. There are simply not enough stars to express my gratitude.

I moved to Chicago several weeks ago and can not describe how helpful and professional the River Point Chicago team has been through the transition. They are proactive, respectful, engaging, gregarious, and most importantly - reliable. It's been an absolute pleasure getting to meet these ladies and I couldn't be happier with the way they treat me.

We love having our agency at Servcorp. Teagan and the rest of the support staff have gone above and beyond when we need assistance, and the facility is beautiful. We love it so much.

Since starting with Array Sports in May my time at Servcorp has been incredible. The amenities are second to none from the common area meeting space to the kitchen and facilities.
Servcorps support team has been nothing but helpful. Specifically Teagan who has helped our team with an array of different tasks that have made some of the day to day stuff easier.

We had an office at Servcorp Bank of America Center and the building is one of the best in Houston, but the experience with Servcorp soured this greatly. Appearances are great, but staff turnover creates issues, further complicated by the management. They are greatly overpriced with lease terns designed to maximize their billing to their client and added expenses just to leave upon completion of the lease term. AVOID SERVCORP AT ALL COSTS IN HOUSTON.

When our agency started at Servcorp we had no idea of the capabilities that the executive assistants had. Our expectations have been exceeded time and time again. Teagan in particular has gone above and beyond for us and is one of the biggest reason we choose to stay with Servcop. Since all of our staff members travel so much it is critical to us to have someone we trust at home base. Overall Teagan is an important contributor to the success of how our team operates at the office and we are lucky to have her help.

I've been a virtual office client for a little over 2 years now. I frequented the office perhaps just a handful of times when picking up mail or needed to make a call or two while in the City. However, my basement (home office) flooded on a Friday morning and I needed to move my workspace to a temporary office so that I could continue operating my consulting business. I called Irene Kim and Mariah Hicks, both sit at the 1155 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 2004 office and asked for help and they immediately mobilized. I met them at the office late Friday afternoon near closing time (4:45) and they with me until 6pm to help set up and ensure that I would be online and ready to go first thing Monday morning. Simply put, my Internet, phone, and office space was set up without a glitch and hit the ground running on Monday morning! I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the DC-based team. Thank You!!

Both Ms Jenny Jauregui and Jessie Reyes are among the top professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My Company has had its offices here for over a year now. Both individuals were extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, diligent and efficient which made coming into work everyday less stressful knowing both of them were up to handling any challenge capably. In addition to doing their jobs brilliantly, they were always willing lend a helpful hand and go above and beyond the call of duty. The facilities here were immaculately maintained by both and it was a real pleasure to arrive in the morning to find they had considerately tidied my work space. I highly recommend this location for every profession looking for a high quality co-working space and it is largely due to the top notch staff.

Been a virtual client of the LA location since sometime last yr and very please with my current account handling, from billing to addressing all my questions. The management and team always comes through. Very attentive.

I think that Servcorp has been a great place to be in our first 18 months in business. The staff is very helpful and the view is amazing. Teagan, Nicki, Ari and everyone have done their best to help me and the rest of our team in anyway they can.

For my first time working in a "shared space" it's been a great experience. From the day I started and now 6mos later, it's been nothing but a pleasure. My first day Teagan met me at the front desk and escorted me to my suite. Throughout the day she'd check in on me and see if there was anything I needed and that I was adjusting accordingly. Her take charge attitude and caring demeanor were truly appreciated. From helping me set up my voicemail, my print settings to parking to something as simple as how to work the coffee machine - she was there with a smile and valuable knowledge. There has not been a day that I've come off of the elevator onto the 17th floor that she was not there with a smile and "Good Morning". As we move into own suite I will certainly miss her on a daily basis and wonder how we will cope without our Teagan who typically has the answer to any questions we may have, she's like a human Google and definitely better than Siri! She has been a mainstay and consistent, and I appreciate that.

Ariana Perez was fantastic! I called from Texas. She was in Chicago and knew everything I needed to start me in Washington DC. Thank you Ariana for making me feel at home even though we were in separate parts of the country!

I have been using Serv Corp River Point Chicago's location since August, my overall experience has been pleasant. I would like to take the time to highlight the awesome Teagan Bowie! She has been the constant mainstay with the office staff. She is a helpful person that provides all of your needs. Plus, to she truly has a great personality. Any time that I ask for her assistance she never makes me feel like I am bothering her. With so man internal and external clients this is a great skill that she possesses. Teagan is the rock star of the River Point Chicago staff! Thank you for all that you do!

As the PR consultant for Global 360 Marketing, I tend to log several hours per week in our office at 444 West Lake. G360 has been a client of ServCorp for several years, previously on Randolph Street, however we are relatively new to our lovely space on the Chicago River. I must say that the absolute best part of being at 444 is the incredibly helpful and professional customer service that is extended to our staff each and every day. All questions are answered promptly, and every request for assistance is handled immediately -- regardless of the timing or scope. The representative that we most often defer to for help is Ms. Teagan Bowie, who is awesome on more levels than I can even describe. In fact, I commented to her today that her patience is amazing, after asking her yet again for information that she has provided to me at least 1,000 times prior. She simply smiled and handed me the information again, without even flinching! We are completely enjoying our beautiful space here at River Point, and are grateful for the kindness and courtesy of its staff. We plan to make ServCorp our home for the long run!

Servcorp at Brookfield Place in Perth is a great place to work. The office is well located and easy to access via public transport. The staff here are always friendly and happy to help wherever they can. The office is cleaned and maintained well and presents very professionally.

The staff at Brookfield Place Servcorp are always polite, friendly + Professional. The offices are in a fantastic and central area.

The facilities are great, with location, equipment, building presentation etc all of extremely high standard. But the real difference is the people. Always positive, professional yet friendly, proactive in suggestions for not just doing what we asked to get done - but helping us with what we actually needed to get done (whether we realised it or not !).
Top notch in every regard and a credit to themselves and their management who selected them, trained them and set the standard for culture and behaviour. We've been a client for 3 years now and I will cut costs wherever I can but realise there is real value in our Servcorp relationship.

I reserved the Board meeting and was very well impressed with the experience and would plan on utilizing Servcorp again. The offices/Board room looked very professional, high end, perfectly presented; we had access to the kitchen with a superb coffee/tea machine; the Board room was ready and had all the technology available for us to connect to the screen, Wi-Fi, phone etc. In addition, the location and overall look of the building itself was great and again highly professional looking. The staff at the front desk was great, friendly and efficient.
