Says in stock and 2 days delivery. Did not ship. i follow-up. They say they cancelled. No email or nothing informing anything. Just have to deal with their chat.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with ServerOrbit. I placed an order for a DL380 server battery and paid for overnight shipping, yet I never received any confirmation that the item was packaged or shipped. I had to call myself just to get a status update, and was told it would be handled the next day. When I reached out again through chat, my issue was not addressed at all. On my third attempt, I was informed that my order had been canceled without any explanation. This level of service is unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable, especially for critical server components. My experience with ServerOrbit has been nothing but frustrating and deeply unsatisfactory.

charged 7% to cancel - placed an order for four rather expensive disks, then didn't get them for about a month, then wanted to cancel the order, was charged 7%. They say I agreed to it - I am not impressed, nobody else did this to me.

I attempted to buy a $4.3k GPU under the condition I could not cancel or return it. Three weeks goes by and they cancel on me, followed by raising the price on their site to $5k. Just skip this place and buy from someone else. Waste of time and they have no honor.

I placed order on 1/28/26 and tried numerous times to get order status, after being told we will get back with you several times and them already having my money, after a month I said cancel the order. They did process refund, but I should not have had to request updated status 5-6 times with no reply

got 6 drives from them pay 3 days shipping ,,,product nevr got shipped after they told me my order was going to shipped the same day. After 2 weeks of calling them they cancel my order.

Worst place to purchase electronic components. The complete product description for SNPHVY68C/128G was not provided on their website. After placing the order and researching elsewhere, I discovered that the DDR4 module is Optane memory and is not compatible with my server.

When I requested a return, they stated they would deduct 20% plus return shipping. I had not opened the product. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could instead deduct only the two-way shipping cost, but they refused and hung up the phone.

Instead of returning the item, I may have to sell it to someone who actually needs it.

I will never purchase from ServerOrbit again.

Credit card was immediately charged long before merhandise was shipped. After several emails I was told they were checking on the order but could not provide a shipping date. After 3 weeks I got another email saying the order was canceled without any explanation. Now I have to fight to get a refund. I suspect they are advertising many products that they don't actually have in stock. Do NOT buy from this company.

Ordered hard drives and got partial shipment. They have been telling for weeks now that they will provide tracking for the remaining shipments. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We placed an order for items that were supposed to arrive within three weeks. We repeatedly contacted their customer support by phone, chat, and email, and their response was always the same: “It will be shipped today… it will be shipped tomorrow… it will be shipped next week.” Time kept passing, and nothing ever changed.

To make matters worse, at one point one of their agents, Ethan, spoke to us with arrogance, even though we always reached out respectfully and patiently. It really pushed our patience to the limit.

It has now been more than three weeks since we requested a refund, and we still have not received it.

Never buying from this company again.

They dragged us along for months without ever shipping the products and refused to issue a refund. The total amount involved is over $10,000. This is clearly a fraudulent company.

We purchased Hynix brand memory from them for our lab server, and it was delivered on time. The product quality was better than other suppliers we have used. I did have to call them to obtain the tracking information, although they later uploaded it to the backend.

Great prices. Be prepared for a long wait, and hope you don't have to call and talk to someone as support was a bit rude, but my order was eventually received in full and I did end up saving about $1500 through them. Just depends on what your project timeline is.

When I was ordering online it showed for additional 4% discount over $500 call in. I called in for the discount and was told it the order needed to be $2000. I said that's not what is on the website and they hung up on me. I went ahead and ordered online Nov 3rd. It showed in stock and would ship same day. Nov 11th I message them checking on the order. Was told their order was delayed and wouldn't be in until next week. Then they closed the order saying they can't keep the promise. I see the price on the drives has increased and still shows in stock. No longer responding to my chat messages. Totally a scam. At least they have not gotten my money, yet.

I ordered 2 HDD and a week later got an email stating my order had been canceled. No explanation, no apology, no suggestion of an equivalent, no upgrade to a better product they had on hand. That is not good customer service. Run, don't walk away from this seller.

Buyers Beware!! Do not buy from this company. This is the third time I’ve given them a chance, and the experience has been the same each time. They charge you immediately for your order but then deceive you with false promises they don’t fulfill. They claim the items are in stock—yet that’s not true. They also say your order will ship within a few days, which is also false. When you finally ask to cancel the order and the return of your money, they will tell you that they will return the money and good luck to you with that... I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Deceiving company, with very poor customer service. Never again!!!
