Setrahost provide excellent support
I’ve been using SetraHost for several months and couldn’t be happier, it's one of the best hosting experience I’ve had. Performance is stellar with fast page loads and consistently excellent uptime. Setup and migration were smooth, and their control panel is intuitive and reliable. Support stands out: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve needed assistance. They do care
These people do actually care, providing good affordable hosting and trying their best to keep it top-level. Sure there can be server issues, that's the online world for you, but they're on top of their support system to try and help and they won't stop at the basic "we cannot replicate the same error" but try the same to go with you through it until it's fixed.
Good but lacking of something
Overall I have been good hosted at Setra.
For the first months I've been there it was all super fast and perfectly fine.
At some point, and I can't tell if it's an influx of registrations or what, sites went down massively and too often. They told me that when DirectAdmin updates it happens, no biggie.
But now the total and complete lack of support is not ideal. I've had issues with the system reading a domain that cannot be on the records cause it never was, and not once but twice my ticket has been completely ignored and automatically closed. In the last one I even gave SPECIFICS of where to look, on their part, to clear it for me and since March 22nd I had ZERO replies.
For the money paid, it should work much better.
But it's not entirely to throw away and/or move somewhere else.

My support ticket was closed due to "inactivity". I sent a message after not hearing from them for 2 days and was told they were working on it. After a week they mark it complete and close it due to "inactivity". I don't call this customer service. I call this being ignored. My issue hasn't been resolved and because you have done nothing about it for a week you close the ticket. No wonder you don't take phone calls!!

No one does it like Setra!
I am so glad I moved to Setra. I was over at Web Host Python (before it got new owners) and Stable Point. Setra has been fantastic! They moved all my sites for me. I've been hosted with them now for months and it's been pretty great. They have fantastic and nice support, and I just love everything about being hosted here + they have really good prices and packages. I hope they continue to stay affordable because I love it here!

Great price and customer service
I cautiously switched my website from iPage (awful), and after a couple of months I'm extremely happy with Setrahost. My website works so much faster, it's easy to use, value for money and customer service have been very helpful. They made switching very easy, and quickly answered technical queries I had. I would certainly recommend.
Super Customer Support
I am a technically literate person but I've never created a website using WordPress. I've always used sites like GoDaddy and Wix. I wanted to get away from those sites and take more control of my sites.
I did the best I could learning WordPress with online tutorials. I built a local site and it seemed pretty good. So then I subscribed to SetraHost.
I needed a lot of help. It just wasn't as easy as I thought. I used the help tickets (4 of them). The techs were super patient with me, answering all my newbie questions. They never minded backing up and explaining. They also did a lot of the background work for me. I will learn how to do it all but it was super helpful to get my site up and running.
I recommend SetraHost to any user, new or experienced. They were great.

Great Host
I am reviewing the shared hosting experience. I have had this host since 2019. Generally I think the service has been excellent at a reasonable price. The resources allocated are good. The host is responsive to tickets. Everything works. They offer cPanel. I am don't what more you would want in a host.
Easy hosting transfer and great communications
No problems at all with SetraHost. Transferring from my previous hosting to them was so easy and they assisted me in every step of the way. They're always on top of communications if there are system or connection issues.
Amazing!
Owning a website can be costly these days. I've owned some of my sites for over twenty years and really don't want to part with them. When I made the decision to move from my old host to Setra for financial reasons, I was nervous. There were some hiccups, but Damon really kept at it, gave me updates when I asked, and was eventually able to restore all my sites.
It's refreshing to have support tickets answered in a timely manner; and so far I have not had any issues since moving. Support even cleaned up my sites that contained viruses after I moved. I'm so grateful.

A great hosting platform. I switched from Bluehost, and have found the service to be really good, as well as cheaper. I had a few teething problems with getting my email to work, but customer service was really good in pinpointing the problem. Haven’t had any other issues. Recommended.
Setra Actually Gives A Sh*t!
I was a Pro customer of BlueHost from 2000-2024. For 24 years I must've given them over $10,000. I slowly watched them grow, and with each passing year, their prices went UP and their care went DOWN.
I would threaten to leave, and their outsourced call centre would respond with "alright" or "ok". Did not even try to hide the fact that they had become too big to give a sh*t about some rando shared server client. The ONLY reason I stayed for so long, I would have to migrate all my domains, settings and server content to a new host. They knew this, and their attitude was to the effect of "the guy been here 24 years. all his sh*t is here. he going nowhere."
I found SetraHost. I could just tell from their social media interaction that they were smaller, and because of that, actually gave a sh*t. I signed up for 3 years. SetraHost did ALL the migration work, and any ticket that popped up since, they were right there to resolve.
My only regret is that I waited so long to switch to SetraHost. You guys deserved every dime I had given to BlueHost for all those wasted years.
