I've been working with Seven Living since April, and I genuinely cannot praise the team enough. Their communication, efficiency in marketing my property, and commitment to putting guests at the centre of every conversation have been exceptional from day one.

Every touchpoint I've had with the team has been nothing short of amazing. A special mention to Jo, Steph, and Cristina, who are always willing to go the extra mile. They are incredibly accommodating, responsive, and patient, always taking the time to answer my questions (and trust me, I have a lot! 😂).

The biggest testament to the trust and confidence they've built is that I've recently added another property to my portfolio with them. That decision was an easy one because I know my properties are in safe hands and that both owners and guests receive outstanding service.

It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, genuine care, and such consistently high standards. We have been renting a property via the agency for just over a year. In this time we have had multiple issues with the property, ranging from the front door to plumbing issues. It has taken multiple weeks for any of these to be resolved, communication is slow and there is a significant lack of updates. We have had reoccurring issues with plumbing and there seems to be a real lack of accountability and updates.

Outside of issues, response times are slow, lacking information and tend to be reactive rather than proactive. The communication between the property management and the building management seems strained and rare at best.

We booked the apartment for a 4 day trip 2 couples described as a luxury apartment . The area was good and very safe the apartment was in a good place close to the town centre.
The apartment was large but the carpets throughout the apartment had large food stains in most of the areas the living room was ok as it was laminate. The balcony was covered in lots of dry bird droppings which are very toxic in that condition so we were unable to use the balcony in the extremely hot weather for the full 4 days and we had booked looking forward to sitting out there in the mornings so overall not great.
