I ordered a TPE companion. I paid a pretty high price as well (above $1500), because I wanted a specific look (fit girl with six pack, etc). I also ordered some extras, such as a silicone chest, specific grooming, etc.

What I got was a doll that seemed inferior to what I ordered. For one, she was not an "in shape" model. I did not get a gel chest like I ordered and paid for, much less the specific grooming. I also ordered removable genitalia, which I did not get. All in all, I believe the doll I received probably cost at least $500 dollars less than what I ordered.

I contacted the company, and they responded the very next day asking me to send pictures. I sent the pictures as requested and that is the last I heard from them. I reached out a couple of more time over the week, but no dice.

They recently sent me an email advertising sale for "sexdollbabe.com", yet when you click on the e-mail, it sends you to their new website, superlovedoll.com". The scammers are changing their website to sell inferior products again. Buy at your own risk!!

Product takes forever to ship if its not in stock. From China to wherever you are, they use a shipping company you can't even google to find. Doesn't get a 1 star because they respond quickly, but aren't helpful for anything except photos.

Hello, I have two questions about your company, thank you sexdollcenter.vib. Why was it closed, and even your company was closed as well? I want to know whether you will reopen?
I emailed one of the sexdollcenter.vib clients, and I was surprised by your company's response to me. I asked if you were the same company. You denied that and said we do not have a company called sexdoll.vib. Please clarify.

Will you get a doll? Yes. Will it be exactly what is shown on the website? No, but close enough. These are lower quality dolls with all the flaws that come with trying to cut costs. Seams are visible between the two halves. Details like lines on hands and feet are barely visible. Minor flaws like bubbles and cracks may be present. Colors may be different between the head and body. I personally will not be ordering from them again, but if you are looking for you first, cheap starter doll, they are a decent option.

Update: After a little back-and-forth with customer service, they did send out a replacement doll. While still not perfect, it did improve the quality on most if the issues.

Feedback to the company: Please try to improve on color control and consistency. The different color head and body are still the biggest issue.

I had a problem with my new doll upon arrival. After sending video clips to Customer Support, they quickly followed up with engineering dept. Then about 3 days later, without me even asking, they sent me a brand new doll! (which didn't have the same problem). That is fantastic customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they'll take good care of you.

At the same time, I found the products on sexangelbaby com and sexdollcenter com are the same as those of you. same shipping and return policy, same US, Canada, and Europe Union in-stock sex dolls, same websites.

So my questions are:

1 Are you the same company?

2 If not, is sexangelbaby and sexdollcenter another scam? If so why do you create so many websites there with the same products but different prices/coupons, wanna cheating customers?

3 are the product photos taken by yourself or they are copies from other websites?

4 What is the name of your company?

5 Where is your company located?

Was skeptical before ordering. Was contemplating buying a more expensive model, but decided to try their less expensive doll first, just to test the quality. I was very surprised. Packaging and shipping were exceptional. Doll is much more lifelike than I anticipated. Very realistic and high quality. Surprised by how sturdy and heavy it is (about same weight as a real girl). Would not hesitate to purchase another model in the future with all the bells and whistles.
