They sent me different products than what I ordered, not even similar and worth a quarter of the price of the products I chose. And after that they don't respond with support. This is robbery

A Total Scam. I buy a fine looking product and got like a shitty quality product that doesn't even usable. Luckily I just waste only like 300THB.

If you still decided whether to buy or not, don't buy from this website. Trust me, I won't gonna worth your monry.

My order was delivered via motorbike pretty quickly - I paid in cash.

NONE of the products I received are even close to what I ordered (example; ordered dildo, received lube). I also ordered 6 different products but only received 3.

I've contacted them several times but they've ghosted me.

Not one item they sent was what we had ordered.
Not even close.
A box of cheap rubbish was shipped to us.
No response to emails.
No way to get a refund.

Be careful ordering from this site.
I paid cash on delivery and received items that were not what I ordered.
Customer service has not properly resolved the issue.
Just sharing my experience so other people can be cautious before buying.
One hundred percent scammers

Total scam. I ordered sex toys worth 10K THB. What delivered was a 2K sex toy that's a complete different brand.

Same as all the other reviews. Paid 1200 baht for a good brand product and what arrived was the cheapest worst quality sex toy that didnt even look similar to the original one. Absolute scammers, no answer to any of the contact options. Never buying from an online sex shop again.

Should have read these reviews before buying, exact same situation occurred. They deliberately send the wrong item and are nowhere to be found when making contact. Absolute scammers!

Literally a Scam Company without doubt
Send the wrong item that doesn't even match the stuff I bought.
Of course COD is one of their plans too.

There is no way to contact them to follow up.

Contrary to what the About Page says, they are based in Chiang Mai. The address seems to be 179 Moo 5, Chaiyathan Subdistrict, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai 50140, Thailand. Hope the police follows up soon to take them out!

Flash Express wasn't helpful either - rejected my COD (cash on delivery) refund request and I couldn't reapply within the 5 day-limit as I didn't know the day of delivery is included... Hope whoever reads this has more luck!

This is a scammer operator! They send out wrong items and bad products. Stay away! They don’t reply on email or their chat service.

Scam alert. Ordered an expensive toy "Lelo Hugo 2" 200$ worth, what arrived was a cheap rip-off chinese toy most likely less than 20$

Do not use COD (collect on delivery) services here in Thailand. Scammers use this method.

Total scam company. COD payment and when you open the parcel it's incomplete with wrong items. No recourse from the company totally no correspondence from them.
Lucky we were able to make a claim via the courier company. So disappointed!

Sent the wrong item, ignored all attemps to contact them. Definitely not recommended
