Horrible customer service. My package was returned to the sender for some unknown reason. I have made multiple attempts over the past two months to get in touch with SMM to get a refund and they have not responded a single time. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Very dishonest company, would not allow a return after the item received was not the color advertised on the site. Stopped answering all communication.

Literally the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! I would never ever shop here again and would never recommend anyone buy anything from here, especially for maternity. They have a terrible return policy! I originally bought a dress for my gender reveal and the sleeves were flawed to where I didn’t have any range of motion with my arms. I requested a return and I was informed that I only qualified for an exchange since I bought a dress (like what?!). I’m 39 weeks pregnant now and I have gone through several purchases/returns and have yet to find anything worth keeping. Their customer service is awful and you can only communicate with them via email. No one is of help and it has been such a waste of time going back and forth when they could have just gave me my money back months ago. I hate this website so much and I would suggest anyone not even bother — anything else would be better!

I was surprised at how quickly this dress arrived; Processing and Shipping was under 6 days! It was made exactly how I requested and worked great for my baby shower!

The person I chatted with online helped me pick the right size. I am beyond satisfied with my dress & can't wait to wear it to my baby shower 😊

TOTAL SCAM! Half of my order was delivered almost 2 weeks after promised (and after the date of the event I needed it for). As for returns... a complete joke. They have to manually send you a return label, which takes days even though their return window is short. Once they receive your return, you will NEVER be refunded. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. I contacted SMM multiple times and was ignored. They are just here to take advantage of expecting mothers - it is disgusting.

SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY for you purchase BUT never credit you for a return!!! I purchased 4 dresses for my baby shower due to not knowing what color/size will look the best. It is pretty much what every merchant does nowadays. I ended up keeping ONE dress and then contacted for returning the other 3, BRAND NEW with TAGS and to be exact…my purchase was over $200 dollars!! They took forever to write back on how to return! I spent my money to send back since they couldn’t even respond for a return label. I sent back in August and have proof they received/delivered a few days later. Guess what NO refund or store credit months later!! I was already annoyed at the time of returning, I was told I wouldn’t get money for my returns and they said dresses are STORE CREDIT only, which is BIZARRE but everything else you can get your refund. I payed with AfterPay and they are just as bad!! I keep contacting merchant about where the heck is my store credit? Almost a week now, or should I say months no response. It doesn’t stop afterpay to keep charging me for purchase!! They are just as bad!!! They made me so stressed out during my pregnancy, making me feel scammed and taking all my money I really needed!!! Horrible horrible people!!! Fraud, ignorant, corrupt company!!! They are so illegal with their sales!!! Stay away and go with Amazon!! At least you can take back your items that were brand new with tags and all!!

There are not a lot of fun maternity stores online. I took a chance on this company and bought a dress for my baby shower. It fits great and nice quality. I will be buying more.

Not sure if I could've sized up. I tried to reach out to get help with choosing the right size but I never got a response. I tried getting in touch through the chat and I also sent a couple emails but never received a response. I had to guess what size to order. Shipping was very fast though.

This dress was the most comfortable maternity item I wore my entire pregnancy. It hugged my curves and gave me the exact look I wanted for my pictures. I got so many compliments on this dress. Plus it came so quickly after I ordered it. 10/10 recommend!

Company is great to order from! Their dresses especially the one I ordered was amazing! I loved this dress so much! It made me feel elegant and beautiful at 32 weeks for my baby shower. The dress stretches and is extremely comfortable. The description was true and it made it easy to pick and order the style. Fast shipping as well. I would totally recommend this company to buy maternity dresses!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered two dress from this site and received one AFTER the event. I even paid an ETRA $32 to get them quicker!!! I ordered these dresses over a month in advance till the first event and two months prior to our maternity pictures, That dress NEVER CAME!! Luckily I ordered a back up dress from amazon for our maternity pictures. I even emailed them multiple times asking about the status and if it was going to be here in time, they never responded once! I am so very disappointed! I'm can't imagine what I would have done if I didn't buy A THIRD dress as a back up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! I emailed them to asking them to cancel the order and refund me for the dress that never came and will update how they handle it!

Had such a great experience shopping with sexy mama maternity. It was easy to order and the dress came quickly! There were so many options and with the online reviews, it was great to see actual pregnant women wearing it. It gave me the confidence in choosing the style and colour!
Love the dress! I bought the olive green off the shoulder sweetheart maternity dress in a size 1 which is the size the guide recommended. I was worried about it fitting me up top because I often have this issue but it fit perfect and I never felt like I was showing too much cleavage. It was so comfortable, hugged my pregnant belly so perfectly and made me feel beautiful. I absolutely love this dress. It was perfect for our fall family photoshoot!

I have ordered from Sexy Mama Maternity twice. The first time, I was disappointed that the colour of my “Midi Maternity Dress with Short Sleeves in Blush Pink” was really more of a peach colour, and did not match the colour on the website or as shown on Instagram. I decided to overlook this and not complain.
I recently made a second order, for two more dresses (a White sweetheart wrap dress and a Blue Rain short sleeve dress). The Blue Rain dress is satisfactory. On the other hand, the “white” dress isn’t white at all. It’s a dark cream, almost yellow. When I hold it up against other white clothing that I intended to wear it with, it’s a totally different colour and tone. There are also colour/dye inconsistencies across the dress. I emailed the SMM maternity to express my disappointment, not once, but three times over the last two weeks, and have yet to receive any reply at all. Frankly I would expect better service from any of the nameless sellers on AliExpress, let alone a “female-owned small business”.
I’ll not be buying from them again.
