Have been with them for nearly two years and received excellent service.
Have FCSA accreditation and recently passed my suppliers additional audit checks for Tax compliance, cyber security capabilities and data protection processes which is reassuring.

Prompt, high quality service
I needed to use an umbrella company for a short contract. I selected SG Umbrella as they were super helpful and responsive while I was researching my options, and this experience didn't drop-off once I was on their books as can happen with some organisations. Whilst I can compare directly with other umbrellas, I can highly recommend SG for the quality of service I received.

Since first registering with SG over 2 years ago have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and prompt response. Every request has been dealt with immediately and all the staff I have had contact with have all be very approachable and supportive. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the only umbrella I've used but having heard horror stories from friends with other umbrella companies, I'm not sure I'd go anywhere else. SG have been pretty much faultless for the 2 years I've been with them and I'd recommend them to anyone. Not only are their fees reasonable and they pay on time but queries are dealt with quickly, courteously and effectively. What's not to like.

Top Notch Umbrella service
I am an IT Contractor and used SG with my Ltd company. When I changed to a within IR35 contract they quickly got me connected via their umbrella. Superb service, second to none. 2 or 3 years of hassle free accounting. I thoroughly recommend them. I.T. contractor centric!

Reliable and efficient service
Superb service. I use SG for my Ltd company. Having the umbrella service there for an IR35 contract was great and included as part of the Ltd accountancy. All paperwork/payslips are on time and easy to access, the user interface for recording timesheets is easy to use. Highly recommend them over any agency umbrella.
