Good pricing and selection. Well packaged. Customer service does respond to You, not super fast but at least they do respond. Expect delays when using E-Check, it took the maximum possible listed. Plan to receive your shipment about 2 weeks after order.

A couple of recommendation to the company :
- Offering hard cases for coins before checkout, which are often sold out and hard to get. This inventory could be separate from the general listing on the site.
- A pair of the linen gloves to to all first time customer orders, so it sets them up for success when caring for their silver , and it shows that you care for their investment.
