I ordered a Dreame H12 Pro from Shams Al Sahil for delivery in Dubai. It arrived on 22 September 2026, but neither the vacuum nor the washing function worked, despite the unit being fully charged. I reported the issue immediately and requested a replacement or refund.

I provided a video the following day. On 24 September, I was told the unit would be collected for inspection and that the whole process would take three to five days. I requested a refund, but was asked to give them a chance to inspect it.

Despite repeated follow-ups, the defective unit was only collected on 30 September, eight days after delivery. As of 2 October, I have still not received a refund or a confirmed date for payment.

Several replies said my request had been passed to “the team”, but I repeatedly had to chase for progress. Receiving a faulty product is frustrating; having to pursue its collection and refund makes the experience considerably worse.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. I expect a prompt refund and will update this review once the matter is resolved.

Update – 8 October 2026: I received my full refund on 6 October, and the matter is now resolved. I appreciate that the refund has been completed. However, the appliance arrived non-functional on 22 September, and obtaining collection and a refund required repeated follow-ups. My original review reflects that experience and remains relevant.

Tv delivery was smooth and within 2 days, I was allowed to change the timing as well when they contacted me. Tested tv and all good! I ordered installation but as my tv wall was not setup yet, they offered to come back another day to help if we needed which was good.

I saw an add for a gaming monitor on the dubizzle and I started chatting with them. Firstly they asked for my WhatsApp which i didn’t like to give but because I was interested in the monitor I gave my WhatsApp and we started chatting there. We agreed in a good price however i asked them to give me 1 week to get the money. I got the money after 1 week but they ignored me when i asked them for the monitor. Thats a cery rude behavior to customers that actually wants to buy something from you!
