We would like to clarify the situation, as we have already explained in our personal email to you, and reiterate it here for transparency. Your order was placed on December 8, 2025, at 10:24 PM, which was outside of our working hours. The following morning, on December 9, 2025, at 10:41 AM, your order was fully completed, processed, and prepared for collection by Royal Mail on the very same day. From our side, the order was handled as efficiently as possible, with no delays in processing or dispatch.
Once parcels are collected by the courier, unfortunately, we have no control over delivery attempts, routing, or transit times. During the lead-up to Christmas and New Year, Royal Mail experiences an exceptionally high volume of parcels, and delays or missed delivery attempts can occur despite best efforts. While we fully appreciate how frustrating this can be, these circumstances are beyond our control as a retailer.
After reviewing your order, we can also confirm that your item has since been successfully delivered.
We genuinely sympathise with your experience, as we take great pride in our efficiency and customer service. However, we feel it is important to highlight that one-star reviews directed at us due to courier-related delays are very difficult for us to accept, as they do not accurately reflect our performance as a business. Outside of the festive season, orders are delivered well within the stated delivery timeframes throughout the rest of the year, and our dispatch standards remain consistently high.

We understand your frustration regarding the delay, and we want to address this clearly so that other customers reading this also have the correct information.
Your order was processed and dispatched by us on the same day, well within our opening hours and before our stated cut-off times. As a company, we genuinely could not operate any more efficiently when it comes to preparing and handing parcels over to the courier. This efficiency is something we pride ourselves on and are well known for.
However, once an order leaves our warehouse, courier operations are completely outside of our control. The current delays you are experiencing are not caused by us.
Right now, Royal Mail are facing significant nationwide backlogs due to the extremely high volume of parcels following Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the run-up to Christmas. Royal Mail have confirmed that many parcels are currently sitting in collection vans and lorries outside their processing centres because the facilities are overwhelmed, resulting in delayed scans and slow movement across their network.
It’s important for customers to understand that businesses do not control how couriers operate, especially during peak season, and people need to be mindful that these delays will more than likely continue as we get closer to Christmas. Delays like this are, unfortunately, very common at this time of year, and these issues are expected to persist throughout the festive period.
We want to stress that your parcel is on its way; it is simply caught in the courier backlog.
We completely sympathise with your frustration, and we want to be clear that we are equally as frustrated. We pride ourselves on fast order processing and quick dispatch every single day, and we have fulfilled our part of the service exactly as promised. The delay is solely due to Royal Mail’s current congestion, not our handling of your order.
We also feel it’s important to highlight that one-star reviews aimed at us for courier delays are very difficult for us to digest, as they do not reflect our performance as a company. We meet our obligations every day, yet we are the ones penalised publicly for issues caused by external courier services. This is especially challenging because the courier delays are completely understandable at this time of year; they are overwhelmed, and we fully recognise that. However, the impact of these reviews falls on us, despite the fact that delivery handling is not within our control.
We ask customers to please keep these seasonal courier delays in mind, as we continue to send out every parcel on time, every day, before the cut-off.

A Review From Someone Who Never Reviews
I dont normally leave reviews but I always refer to Trustpilot before using a site I'd never heard of, especially because the prices are lower than the rest of the market.
There was quite a few negative reviews on her about products taking long to ship and bad customer service so I werent sure to use.
However, I accessed the site on Thursday evening as was having problems with shipping. Friday morning, Josh in Customer Services responded and corresponded with me in several emails politely and professionally. The item was shipped on Friday with Royal Mail and I received my item on Saturday morning.
I can only say, the several bad reviews on her is bound to happen with the amount of customers they have and we all have issues with delivery companies but the company it self cant be faulted, the service they provided was exceptional. Thank you Josh

I ordered two preworkouts. One had clearly ha moisture enter it in the warehouse and is a solid block. The other is fine. I emailed in notifying this company of the issue and that one product is unusable. I provided photo evidence.

We actually responded to your original email on Tuesday, 4th November 2025, with a detailed explanation regarding the issue you raised. As we didn’t receive a reply, we’ve included a copy of that email below so you can see the full response.
In that email, we explained that what you’re seeing is a normal characteristic of this type of pre-workout. These products contain hygroscopic ingredients, which naturally absorb moisture from the air. As a result, the powder can sometimes clump or compact even when sealed. This behaviour is completely unrelated to how the product is stored in our warehouse.
Please be assured that this does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product, only the texture. The clumps can be easily resolved by squeezing the tub, giving it a light shake, or breaking them apart with a fork. Within thirty seconds, the powder returns to a free-flowing state and mixes perfectly.
We also included an example in the original email showing a pre-workout from the same brand behaving in the same way, demonstrating that this is normal and how it returns to its usual consistency when handled as described. This behaviour is outlined on the product page to inform customers that clumping may occur and is not considered a product fault.
Because this is a natural and expected characteristic of these ingredients, we do not accept returns or reimbursements for this issue. Once the powder is broken down, it returns to its normal state and is perfectly safe and effective to use.
We hope this clears up any confusion and reassures you that your pre-workout is perfectly fine to use.
