Ordered product. Card billed. Never received the product. Customer service quit responding. Never got the product or refund. They added shipping insurance to the order and refuse to replace or refund. Can not wait for then to try auto monthly ship. Stay away from this company. Why is Facebook letting them continue to advertise?

I contacted the company about counseling my subscription, and they basically have given me the runaround. They told me I needed to go to the website and I need to go to my account under “manage my account and then go to the subscription and cancel it. I have tried to do this multiple times and I get a message that the page cannot load.

Buying from this website is a scam! They sign you up for a weekly reoccuring subscription on items that you did NOT need to be reoccuring!!! They do not reply to customer service requests to be UNSUBSCRIBED.They tell you that someone from their "staff" will be in touch with you soon. If and when they do reply via AI, they send you more products and charge you four times a month. Then they do it AGAIN! This should be reported to the authorities for robbery, theft and 100% scamming customers. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this type of website and company!!! The product I ordered was satisfactory - the circular saran wrap food covers - however the refund is impossible to obtain. I'm wondering how long I'll wait for this refund. Thank you

This website is a scam. They claim that I’m subscribed to purchase a product that is totally not what they advertised. I’ve following their instructions to get a code to return the merchandise that I’m getting every two weeks and I have gotten a response. I’ve trying to cancel what they claim a s a subscription because they keep charging my card and no response.
They are a fraud and a scam. Horrible I recommend stay away from them.

I do not like the product it is notvas advertised . I tried to return and no answer to email they say to send email to . I have tried canceling subscription but the link is not there to unsubscribe as they insruct , I am repirting to bbb and getting a new card

The product doesn’t work and I’ve received multiple shipments every week. I never signed up for a subscription and have asked 4 times to stop changing me and sending me shipments I never ordered.

I’ve been trying to cancel my order . I bought one and they’ve sent me 600 at 37.99 each shipment. They won’t cancel so I have to dispute and cancel my credit card. Very sad situation. I love using the shop to shop but this is ruining my experience.

My review should be less than one star very untrustworthy company. They tell you to cancel order by going online and following their directions and when you do it pops up, the URL code is not working try again. It took me over two months. I had to cancel my credit card and finally they canceled my subscription. Honestly, I’m not sure how this company is still in business.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I purchased a product from Shapviva with no intentions of signing up for a subscription. The product is garbage and totally unusable. The keep sending it every few days. I have tried canceling the subscription only to get error messages on their website.

Stuff is junk and you can’t find a way to end an order.

You need to make it easier to get on support cause yours doesn’t work and why are still taking money when I bout it it was buy one get one free I’m sick of comp. Like yours using people you sure used me quit taking money your junk aint worth anything

This company is absolutely terrible. So dodgy and product is not as advertised. Somehow they managed to sign me up without consent and won't stop sending me plastic wrap that is not packaged and looks NOTHING like advertised. As they can't speak or write English, this seems to be an excuse to not understand.
STAY AWAY and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!! I am going to contact ACCC and my bank.

If I could go negative I would - Ordered brass cleaner and my order was sent - in 7 days a second order was magically placed and charged at a higher price to my card then again in 7 days a third order was placed and charged on my card! Customer service stated my subscription was correct! Please why would I order every 7 days with no product in hand?? Customer service stated to go on line and manage my subscription - url failed !! again and again SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM do not buy anything from this deceptive company! referred to my credit card company -

Exact same bad experience as rest of the customers here! Spent $80 for wrong product and they offered me $22 refund over a series of negotiations over 2 weeks! Do not trust this retailer in China!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything online. I ordered Shapeware and the sizing was completely off. I emailed asking for a refund and they took their time replying to tell me I needed to send pictures of the packaging which I did. Everything was intact because I did not wear or use their product weeks later I get another message asking for those pictures again because they supposedly did not receive them. I followed their instructions again and after a long delay, I again get a message saying that they will refund me six dollars, and I could keep the Shapeware, which I I cannot use. Ridiculous. They never intend to refund any money and asking for pictures, etc. it’s just a delayed tactic. Completely untrustworthy.

Very poor quality bra, no support for big bust, I am 38 DD, ordered XL, bra fits but no support at all. Also one of them the straps keep coming out from the hook attachement in the back. Asked for return and full refund. It’s a joke. Offered me $19 USD (approx $30 Cdn) and it cost me $90 Cdn. To return to China, it would cost me $62 Cdn with the tracking number with the postal service. Needless to say, no way I will pay that amount on shipping. Terrible customer service. Bad quality.

Waited for ever for my bra’s to arrive. I measured exactly how they instructed however they arrived and were too small. I’ve emailed them 3 times to return them and no response.
Stay away from the company absolutely NO customer service.

I ordered back on June 12th it is now July 22nd and I’ve had no updates on my order besides “processing” I went to email their support to see if I could get a refund or at least some information. When I sent the email it wouldn’t go through due to the email in their website for support not being a valid email address. At this point I’m sure this whole company is a scam. Do not order from them and save yourself the headache.

I ordered two items.
Same size but different colours. I was sent 2 in the same colour but the sizing varied so much I am unable to wear 1 item.
So far the company has offered a US$8 refund and I can keep the item. Not particularly useful when I can wear it. They are not prepared to provide a return address or cover the return shipping.
Not a change of mind They provided an item that wasn't as described. Still in negotiation with them about the purchase.
The quality of the items are flimsy so not recommended as a company to deal with.

Placed my order on 6/25/2026. Still have not received my order. So tired of websites everywhere not telling the consumer upfront that their merchandise is manufactured in a foreign country. I would have never ordered from this company had I known they were foreign. I will post my thoughts everywhere to prevent others from buying till I get my money back. Save yourself time and money. DO NOT ORDER.

Still no package. Rennie gave me someone else’s FedEx tracking number and that is what was delivered on 7/20/26 at 11:08 am. This was not delivered to me or close to my address. Who ever signed for the package (NPrice) does not live around me.
Still dragging their feet making the consumer do their work. Save yourselves time, money and lots of headaches. DON’T order from this company.
Rannie is incompetent and can’t get my information straight.

Still no package. Now I am being offered another package being sent. No Refund just more time waiting. Rannie and this company are a complete joke. Why would I want to agree to another package being sent when I didn’t order the original package knowing it was coming from China. I’ve ask several times for a refund since it has been over 30 days and still no package.
It’s now 8/8/26. I was told Shapviva would send out another package free of charge. When ask for a tracking number or eta, crickets. No more response but told once received I will love their product. I highly doubt I will get a response of any sorts. CSR has changed three times. Complete Joke
