Most Useless Broker in world. No customer care is available. Noone is helping. Disgusting. Too many technical issues. Orders not closed due to shark exchange technical problems. All capitals is blown. Pathetic.

Title: Delayed Account Verification and No Proper Live Chat Support

I am very disappointed with my experience with Shark Exchange.

I submitted my account verification documents, but my verification is taking longer than expected. I wanted to contact the support team directly to understand the reason for the delay and find out when my account would be verified.

Unfortunately, I could not find a working Live Chat option to speak with a live agent. I had to submit a support ticket instead, even though I wanted immediate assistance rather than waiting for an email or ticket response.

I also tried calling the phone numbers provided, but nobody answered. One of the numbers played a message in Tamil, which was not helpful for me.

A proper Live Chat facility and responsive customer support are very important for a trading exchange. Customers should not have to struggle just to get an update about their account verification.

I am still waiting for a clear explanation of why my verification is delayed and when it will be completed. I hope Shark Exchange improves its customer support and provides a reliable way to contact a live agent.

My experience with customer support so far has been frustrating.

I deposited few amount for crypto trading on [Shark exchange ], but I am completely unable to withdraw my funds. In app only they have deposit key no widrawl active key .

Even 1 star is too much,
Every day software and website glitch.

update of position is lack with time, how can i manage my position is this happen

There have been innumerable instances of technical glitches. Order processes but I cannot see anything on the front end. I have had long email chain with their customer services but they have not been helpful at all. They have accepted that it was a mistake but there was no compensation for the financial loss because of the technical glitch.

constantly deleting negative review on play store to maintain reputation,i review it on play store but my review was deleted,i admire that withdraw and deposit are very fast but there are very much liquidity problem,,in my all trade in both leg slippage happen..

I was trying to add bank account but its not getting verified. I texted multiple mail in support section but they are only saying our technical team working on you’re problem . It’s been yesterday and its not resolved how can any trade wait that much of time to resolved a problem. If you’re technical team not able to solve this tiny problem in days its mean you technical team was pathetic. From now I don’t think its gone be resolved. Let’s what happen. 🙏

Fill price is always worst that intended price and they are promoting their selves as cheapest crypto trading platform whereas other competitors charge 0.046% and they charge 0.040 for takers and slippage is way worse than others and liquidity is not deep enough..

Shark Exchange का withdrawal experience मेरे लिए काफी खराब रहा। Withdrawal करने के बाद payment समय पर नहीं आया और support से बार-बार contact करना पड़ा। ऐसे platform पर सबसे जरूरी चीज़ है कि withdrawal process fast और transparent हो।

इसके अलावा trading के दौरान fees, GST, funding और अन्य deductions की वजह से actual profit और received amount में काफी difference महसूस हुआ। Charges पहले से clearly समझना बहुत जरूरी है, क्योंकि छोटे traders के लिए ये costs काफी impact कर सकते हैं।

मेरी सलाह है कि Shark Exchange पर पैसा deposit करने से पहले सभी charges और withdrawal conditions अच्छी तरह check करें। अगर withdrawal में delay हो या कोई extra deduction हो, तो उसका clear explanation और proper support मिलना चाहिए।

Overall, मेरा experience अच्छा नहीं रहा। Withdrawal और charges में ज्यादा transparency और बेहतर customer support की जरूरत है।

Im a copy trading customer and i am verry satisfacted with this platform. I have a good profit and the withdraw îs instant. All ok

The stop-loss is not executing at the exact price where it is placed. Instead, it gets filled at a worse price, resulting in a larger-than-expected loss due to slippage.

Please improve the stop-loss execution to minimize slippage and provide more accurate order fills, especially during normal market conditions.

One who come with 10 to 20 k and try to scalp it impossible to generate a penny.due to high spread. Worst experience as small trader . Suggest u to people don’t come with small account size you will loose all
