The direct contact and advise during preparation of shipping the container to Zimbabwe. We were advised on what type of container to buy and how to load and secure, were assisted in buying the container. Paperwork for returning residence of a late relative was all completed for us. Door to door UK to Zim. Good communication and updates through out. There was a slight delay but this was due to the shipping company.

I sent my goods they delivered but 2 items were missing, I informed them and they promised to comeback to me with an answer, truly as promised they did call & delivered the missing items & explained what had happened which was understandable

Very reliable and fast delivery

I recently had the pleasure of using the Sea Freight service provided by Shazzfreightforwarding. She had been recommended to me. I was most impressed by the professionalism, communication, as well as the handling of goods by both local and Zimbabwe(Harare) staff. Sharon is such a personable, empathetic person.
