Shefit - Poor Quality, Misleading Advertising, and Terrible Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service from SHEFIT.
For a brand that markets itself as supportive and high-performance, this bra was a huge letdown. The material is surprisingly thin, to the point that nipples show through—completely unacceptable for a sports bra at this price. Their advertising suggests smooth, flattering coverage, which is simply not true. It feels misleading.
The fit is also awful. Instead of providing proper support and shaping, the bra pushed my breast tissue into the armpit area despite going for the higher of the two size recommendations provided by Shefit, and creating an awkward, unflattering look. On top of that, the straps dug painfully into my shoulders, making it uncomfortable to wear for more than a short time. A “supportive” sports bra should not cause pain.
When I tried to resolve this through customer service, the experience was just as disappointing. Because the bra was a gift and I didn’t have the original order details, they refused to offer any exchange, store credit, or reasonable solution—despite the item being brand new with tags and a current style they are still selling.
There was no flexibility, no attempt to help, and no concern for customer satisfaction. Instead, they hid behind rigid policies and technicalities. They wouldn’t even consider something simple like a discount code upon return.
Between the misleading marketing, poor fit, visible show-through, painful straps, and unhelpful customer service, this was a complete waste of money.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who values comfort, honesty in advertising, or being treated fairly as a customer.
Lies about PR, very rude…
I had a very unfortunate experience with this brand. I was promised PR for my brother and his fiancés bachelor / bachelorette party. They’re on the autism spectrum and don’t drink so I’m trying to make things very special. After after communicating with an agent for HOURS, I waited weeks and didn’t receive a package. So I reached back out and a woman named Alli told me she’s sorry but that agent was being too generous and I won’t be receiving anything. I fully know that PR is up to the brand and wouldn’t be upset if they hadn’t already promised it to me, if I hadn’t gotten everyone’s sizes and told them about it. I’m just upset that after hours of preparation they couldn’t even send over a lousy shirt to make up for the inconvenience. Definitely not a brand I would support. I may be making a video on my TikTok to review as well.
Product received was not as advertised
Product received was not as advertised. Sizing was way off. Requested a refund for unworn items and was denied claiming hygienic reasons. $115 in the trash. For a company that advertises to curvy girls, why would you sell a product labeled as M that is barely an XS?

Unfortunately the ultimate shift sports bra arrived with defective zipper . I was unable to move that zipper whethe fit wa s on my body or off laying flat, finally i think went off track struggling with this zipper . i trie d it on within 15 minutes of its receipt and arranged to return it. Their customer service accepted return and only refunded th e pric e of the bra 55.90 shorted me 16.00 for the shipping charges which i do not consider ethical.becaus etc the bra was damaged in the first place. .so please check the fine print . No i will not buy their line again i will not risk it
Zurückschicken wird teuer/ Bad return Policy
Sport BH hat nicht gepasst, also wollte ich ihn zurückschicken. Doof ist nur das SHEFIT die originalen Versandkosten nicht erstattet (in meinem fall knapp 28€). Dazu kommt noch die 7€ "Handling Fee" wenn man das geld wieder auf sein Konto haben möchte, UND ich bleibe auchnoch auf den kosten fürs zurückschicken sitzen. Da international = 16€ DHL paket. Das sind 51€ auf denen ich sitzen bleibe.

The sports bra didn’t fit, so I wanted to send it back. The annoying thing is that SHEFIT doesn’t refund the original shipping costs (in my case, nearly €28). On top of that, there’s a €7 “handling fee” if you want the money back on your account, AND I also have to cover the return shipping myself. Since it’s international, that’s €16 for a DHL package. That means I’m stuck with €51 in costs.

Very disappointed in their product
Very disappointed in their product. They advertise for mastectomy bras, they are not. Very uncomfortable do not have the support needed when return because it didn’t work they disregarded my chats and gave a $19 refund. These bras are horrible and their customer service is trash.
Have to pay for everything
I had to pay for everything. The one thing I’m so mad about is that you have to be a pro to do day four. So now I have to look up on YouTube/google to find the routine. Do not buy the app if you a lot.

Design flaw and horrific customer service
I got the high impact bra and the zipper no matter what I do, taping it, putting badaids on my skin chaffs my skin and makes me bleed. All I get from their customer service automated emails is more questions, requesting me to pose in the bra and send it to them, just run around nonsense. It's an expensive bra that literally makes me bleed after every work out and they just barrage you with questions until you give up and not respond. It's been 6 emails threads back and forth about the same questions. It's a bogus bra with a design flaw they won't admit to and will not help you. Don't buy from this company!

The Shefit sports bra is a joke! I'm sick of these bra companies claiming that bras are made for large breasts and they're not. This bra creates a huge bubble under my shirt where the zipper ends and sticks out and makes it look like a have a third boob. It's uncomfortable and doesn't keep your breasts from bouncing. Don't waste your money, this is a scam company that knows nothing about a woman's body.
Shefit won’t refund money to unhappy customer
I’ve ordered several high impact bras that were great, I was in between sizes, and sized up, was just right. The low impact bras in the same size are so small I can’t wear. Even though it seems like they have a great return policy, if it’s ordered on something like a Black Friday sale, there are no returns, no exceptions. I feel cheated. It seems others have written reviews on trustpilot about the exact same issue. Shefit has lost a loyal customer. The low impact bras are soo small in comparison with their other bras. I’m out of the money for two.
Stay away from sale items! And I was bombarded with emails to lure me to the sale.

The bras cannot be closed because you'd need 3 hands, 2 to hold it closed in front and 1 to zipper it up, as soon as you release one side to zipper it, it pops open. Plus all their merchandise is short, and some people prefer to have some modesty, particularly when obese.

I purchased five bras from Shefit on December 2, 2024, based on recommendations and their advertised holiday sale. I carefully selected bras from the "Everyday Bras" page, relying on the clearly stated return policy, which allowed returns or exchanges within 30 days if the bra didn’t work, no questions asked.
Despite following Shefit's sizing guide, the bras didn’t fit—they were cutting into my ribs. When I emailed for an exchange, Shefit claimed the bras were final sale due to being discounted 40% or more, citing information supposedly available on the product page and FAQ. However, there were no such disclaimers or asterisks indicating these bras were non-returnable on the page I ordered from.
After I provided screenshots of the original return policy visible at the time of purchase, Shefit reiterated their "final sale" policy, maintaining that items discounted at 40%+ are non-returnable. Interestingly, they updated the product pages to reflect this policy only after my complaint, as seen in a timestamped edit. The updated text now states: “FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.”
This lack of transparency feels deceptive, leaving customers unaware of the hidden restrictions during purchase. It's concerning how many people may have unknowingly bought these items under the impression they could return or exchange them.
Shefit’s actions—changing their policies retroactively and refusing exchanges—suggest shady business practices. For anyone considering buying from Shefit, be aware that sale items, regardless of the advertised policies at the time, may not be returnable. This has been a frustrating experience, and I caution others to double-check all fine print before purchasing.
In my opinion, Shefit owes everyone affected by this misleading practice the opportunity to return or exchange their products as originally promised. With the screenshots and Shefit openly admitting to me that this was a HUMAN ERROR on their part yet refuses to give a refund, I will be disputing the charges with my bank and recommend everyone to try it. They got busted and are acting shameful in the way they are blaming their customers as if we are stupid.

Please beware of a hidden final sale policy! They will tell you the “many” places you should have know to look without acknowledging that the average consumer is going to click on a Black Friday sale for a company who advertises “30 day returns no questions asked” and not dig through an FAQ page! They also added info to a drop down menu under the product AFTER the complaints and requests for refunds started rolling in. When trying to get help from them you will receive a patronizing response (we are clearly stupid customers) and be blocked from social media.

Shefit is a scam
Clicked on bras in a Facebook ad for a Black Friday sale. Got them two days ago. They were too small. I reached out about an exchange for a size up. They refused me because they were marked 40% off which makes them automatically ineligible. So I am stuck with two bras that are too small and unusable. They expected me to dig through their faqs to find out about this rule and understand somehow this applies to me because of the sale discount. Incredible. This company is a scam.
Inconsistent sizing
Ordered 4 bras over BlackFriday weekend - all in the same size I ordered previoulsy. Three of the bras do not fit - they do not even come all the way around when trying to put them on. They 4th fits great. But since I got the 3 that don't fit on special, I can not return or exchange them. Not sure what size I would get in an exchange but the Low impact sports bra and the lounge Bras run way smaller than the Ultimate Sports Bra I had previously of the Flex Sports Bra I also purchased this time.

SHEFIT tried to cut corners & sent out faulty bras. They are refusing to refund customers & instead gave us a 50% off code. At $70 a bra that is insulting. They should be completely refunding the faulty bras or sending out new ones at no cost to customers. Here is a copy & paste of the email they sent out:

Don't order from here unless you know the product is going to fit and you're going to love it. The return policy is garbage and you'll likely pay for shipping at least twice. I have never ordered from here without having an issue and having a frustrating customer service experience. I am doooone ordering from them. If you have a pretty typical body/boob shape it might be fine but if you are trying these to find a bra that works for you i'd look elswhere.oh not to mention that it takes freaking forever to get you stuff and if you have to exchange even longer. count on 3 weeks average but if an exchange count on 2 months.
Unresponsive Customer Service
I've bought both the high and medium impact bras from Shefit and loved them even though they are pricey. Over black Friday I wanted to try their lounge bra and after one wear the zipper is broken/stuck.
When I reached out December 5, 2023 and followed up a month later, I've still yet to hear form them as of April 18, 2024.
Overall, only the medium impact bra is really worth the price in my opinion, but the customer service is severely lacking and if you get a busted one, you likely won't hear from them, or get a replacement.
I ordered from Shein last year
I ordered from Shein last year. When my order didn't come I sent an email. Was told it was delivered and signed for. It was not. I asked for a screen shot of the signature and which company delivered. They did not provide the info. They sent me a tracking number and it didn't work.
They responded that they would resend the clothes.i was happy. Asked for company that delivers and no response. No clothes so I asked for a refund. They responded that I would get a refund. Still nothing.
If the company is reliable they will look up my account and send me the clothes I ordered. I really wanted the clothes all along .
I ordered as I was recommended by a couple close friends.
I unfortunately don't have a date or form of payment, as I had to get a new phone, as my old one stopped working,before I got info written down. Is Shefit part of Shein?
